Review: I bought a portable DVR for my son for Christmas. When he opened the gift, it would not turn on After pushing the buttons on the unit, it feels like the power button is broke. I emailed MobStub that day and received an email back from them stating I would receive an email from someone to help with my problem. To date, I have not received anything from them. I have sent 4 emails requesting help and no communication from this companyDesired Settlement: I would like to have my money back.

It does not take 12 days to pack 2 mugs and ship them. There is no way to get a hold of this company. They do not bother to respond to inquiries via email. The only phone number I could find gives you a message "no one can answer your call" and automatically hangs up on you.Desired Settlement: I no longer want the product from this company. I want an IMMEDIATE and FULL refund. I want no part of a business who rips people off like this.

I understand people can ave problems and I have been very patient. Part of my order got here, part did not. They have responded to my emails but haven't actually done anything about it. Review: I ordered an FMD Chronograph Ladies Watch by Fossil in Silver.

What I received was a cheap piece of plastic attached to a cheaper plastic band. Fossil is nowhere to be found on the watch, and even though the watch has the Chronograph faces, it does not have the mechanisms. In other words the only mechanism on this watch is to set the time.

I contacted the company and thought they were going to make it right. Instead they sent me the SAME CHEAP WATCH and told me htis is what I ordered. I contacted Fossil to inform them how this company is using their name for devious purposes and am waiting for a response.Desired Settlement: I want the watch that was described in the item description. A Silver FOSSIL FMD Ladies Chronograph watch.

I have also check Fossils website and they do not make watches with plastic faces or plastic bands. Each item they sell clearly says Fossil on the face and this item, of course, was not or (appears) to have never been part of their inventory.

The response from the business was incomplete. However, I stand by my charge that they have pulled the ultimate bait and switch. They advertised a FOSSIL watch valued at $99.99 and I received a PLASTIC no brand name watch that could have come out of a bubble gum machine. They need to be held accountable and I will not be satisfied until I received the advertised product.

Review: I placed an order with [redacted] for 7 watches on December *, 2014 and paid $20 for shipping/handling. I had not heard anything from them by December **, 2014. I sent an email to them asking for information on my order. On December **, 2014 I received an email telling me that an order can take 3-7 business days to ship and that I would receive an email with tracking information when it shipped. I replied that I wished to cancel my order since it was going to arrive too late for me to send out as Christmas gifts and wanted a refund. On December **, 2014 I received an email with tracking information for my order saying that it would be delivered on December **, 2014. It was, but the order was wrong and missing 3 of the watches with not indication that they were back-ordered or would be sent separately. I sent another email expressing my frustration with the company and how they handled my order and that I wished a full refund. I also asked for a phone number to contact a representative. They replied that they were sorry my order was missing some items and they would be sending out the missing items. No acknowledgement of my request for a refund and they totally ignored my request for a phone number. I just received another email saying my order has shipped. Supposedly, this was going to be the 3 missing watches. Wrong again. This email said they were sending me 1 watch and it's not even the correct color! Again, I sent an email stating that I wanted to be done with this entire thing and I wanted my money back. So far, they have ignored my requests. Someone needs to shut this business down.Desired Settlement: It's too late for the items as they were to be Christmas gifts. I would like my credit card to be refunded the entire amount of $90.65.

Review: On December [redacted]I ordered a dress from this website. I had talked to some friends who said it was a good company...yeah, right, maybe if you order a YEAR in advance! Please sense strong sarcasm. My order # [redacted]has yet to be received, and it has been 21 DAYS! It told me it would ship 7-10 days. Lies. I've emailed them three times without anyone getting back to me. How does a retailer not have a customer service number and actual people there to help with issues!?!?! If you refuse to email someone back, how is anything supposed to get resolved? I ordered this dress for NYE, which is today, and now I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I'm out a dress, and the money I paid for said dress. This is ridiculous, and EXTREMELY awful customer service. I will never recommend Mobstub to anyone. Disgraceful. Companies like this make me sick.Desired Settlement: Not only do I want what I purchased (well, I wanted it a WEEK ago!), but I feel like I also deserve a refund for my troubles. Seeing as how I will obviously be unable to wear the dress I ordered tonight, I'm going to have to fork out more money for another one. It's not fair. I want my dress, and I want my money back. It would also be nice to see a little bit of remorse from the company for all the other people who are in my same boat. I feel like if they want anymore service, and for people to stop complaining, they need a customer service number, and better customer service in general. Review: I have attempted to contact the company numerous times via email and phone to no avail. I get a computer generated message on email saying they will get back to you in 72 hours. Well that did not happen. I have also tried calling them numerous times and never get an answer. Review: I had purchased a 2 Pack: 10 Ft Charging Cables for my iPhone 5 back in June 2013 and both cables were defective at the lightning connector end. The wires were being exposed. I have been told that they will be sent out to me and it is now well over a month with no replacements recieved. Review: I ordered a vintage american scarf and recieved another style entirely. My packing list was correct. Called the 1800 number mutliple times and could never get through. Have emailed customer service daily with no reply. Have left Facebook postings and emails too yet no one has contacted me to return the item and get my money back.

We e-mailed the customer several times to resolve the situation, but she followed a complaint before it was resolved. The customer did receive the correct scarf she ordered. However, the customer failed to look at the scarf from different angles and when they received it, they were under the impression that it was an incorrect scarf.

Although this item was listed as final sale, we will allow a return if they so wish and can email us to go ahead with the return.

Review: I ordered 3 comforters from Mobstub (one sage, one chocolate, one brick color). I received TWO sage and one chocolate (None of which looked like the comforter pictured in their photo on the website). I contacted them regarding the wrong color item. I received an auto generated response from "Eric" saying that they received my message and that I would receive a response. I was later contacted by "Estee" asking for a photo of the items that I received. I sent a photo and have heard nothing back from them. The brick color comforter is a Christmas gift! I need someone to contact me regarding a replacement (I will NOT pay return shipping as the error was on the part of Mobstub) OR I would like a refund for that item. Never again will I order from this company.Desired Settlement: Delivery of CORRECT item (at no cost to me since Mobstub sent the WRONG item) OR Refund for that item! If I don't receive an acceptable resolution, I plan on calling my credit card company and disputing the charges.

Review: I ordered 2 bracelets in November. MOBSTUB took my money from my account. I have not receicved bracelets. Emails from them are generic. I tried calling got a voice message that operators are busy and to try later and than a hang up. Now phone message states thie phone number no longer supports MOBSTUB. I have kept all of my correspondence to them and from them. But I have not received merchandise. I contacted my bank and they suggested I ask for a refund , which I have done today. Review: I purchased three necklaces from an online advertizement. The necklaces were broken as soon as I put them on my children. They are clearly defective. While perusing comments from others who purchased their item, everyone is having the same issue. MobStub refuses to refund my money on receipt of my return. They will only offer an exchange for the same defective necklaces.Desired Settlement: I want this company to refund my money and remove me from their mailing list.

Review: Purchased a PRESS PLAY FlexCable™ Sync/Charge & Dock - Apple 30-Pin or Micro-USB Devices Micro-USB Black. I lasted less than a month. The metal charging area broke inside my phone. The piece got stuck inside my phone. It got real hot and I thought it was a fire hazard and tossed it out when got it home because this happend as I was driving in the highway. I also purchased the white version for a friend and that is not working as well. It does not charge properly. I contacted their customer service explain the situation and the faultyness of that particular product. They refused to help or work with me. I have since purchased another product and I am very upset over their none willingness to help a customer. It was a scary situation and I would have gotten hurt while driving and they do not see me as a person who is severly upset and peeved that this could have happend while driving. No consumer should feel that way.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and an apology from the vendor.

Review: I wrote to StubHub stating the wires I bought were defective and to send me replacement wires. They haven't written back and it's been 2 weeks. I wrote to them again on April [redacted]and said I have read feedback from other customers stating the wires are catching on fire and not working well and want my money back. I explained to them if I did not hear back within the week that I would report them to the Revdex.com. This company is advertising product that can be dangerous to consumers and doesn't work. They make it impossible to contact them as there is no phone number on their website and no address, just an email which they don't respond to.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for my product and for it to in include the cost of shipping anything back to them if required.

Review: I ordered from Mobstub about 2 weeks ago. When I emailed them about the problem they sent me an email back saying it would take 7-10 days to ship. It was still within that time frame so I just decided to wait. I emailed again a few days ago (outside of the 7-10 day time frame) and received the exact same email even though I had specified it was outside the time frame. They took the money out of my account the next day but cannot send my purchase? Their customer service is a joke and are not staying true to what they have agreed to. Also, there is no phone number to contact them with to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I wish for my purchase to be delivered asap and it not be torn or sewn incorrectly.

Review: On December *, 2013 I ordered 5 smart phone cases which totalled $64.75. When I went to check on the status of the order a few days later, I couldn't find any history on their site showing that I'd even ordered the product. At that point I assumed that the order had been cancelled and on December * 2013 I reordered the same product totalling $77.70.

As of December **, 2013 I received my credit card billing statement and see that I was indeed charged for the products with the original date of December *. ($64.75) There is still no record with Mobstub.com that I even placed an order on December *. The only order that shows is from December * ($77.70)with a status of "preparring shipment". It is clear to me that I will not get the product that I originally ordered on December *.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the amount that they charged my credit card--$64.75, and I would also like a date that my product will ship otherwise I want a refund for that as well but can file a separate complaint.
