Review: I saw an ad on my [redacted] page for a silver initial bracelet that they were selling. I went to the page to select it and order it. Then I selected proceed to purchase. Instead of closing out the order and giving me a purchased conformation number it stayed on the proceed to checkout screen, with some offer to save 15% on additional purchases. I couldn't get to the checkout page so I just closed the entire webpage. When I closed out the webpage and looked at my bank account they charged me for four more bracelets two hats and some earmuffs as well. I wrote them immediately and asked for them to cancel the entire order because that was not what I had ordered. I got a computerized auto-response saying they got my message and it would be responded to within 24 to 48 hours. What they did was send the incorrect order, wait a day and then email me saying sorry we already shipped it and we cant help you. This is absolutely unacceptable. First of all they need to revisit the way the webpage is set up so that this doesn't happen to someone else. I still want my money back, I don't want the items they charged me for and "sent me already". I don't have the items and I am out $44.95, the cost of all the items . My request number was # [redacted] and someone named Lily responded. I would appreciate it if I could get a refund and a return to sender postage paid box so I can send all of the items they supposedly already sent to me back to them. I am no longer going to use this website for anything. I have purchased things from this site in the past and never have I had this problem. I am very disappointed in the way this entire situation has been handled. Please contact me and let me know how this can be resolved as soon as possible. Review: I purchased two sets of solar lights from MobStub as a gift. The gifts were received an opened after MobStubs 15 day return policy and both were defective. Neither set of lights worked at all. I did not want to return these for a refund and I do not want an exchange. I just want replacement with items that actually work. MobStub does not provide a phone for customers to actually speak with someone. From my initial inquiry I was emailing with [redacted]. After numerous emails, I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told she was the supervisor. The unusually short window for returns (15 days) allows MobStub to more easily pass off defective items. The fact that BOTH were defective is highly questionable. I ordered the lights on 12/*/14. They were received as a gift on 1/**/15. I contacted MobStub on 1/**,1/**, 1/** (2 times), 2/*, 2/*, 2/*, 2/**, 2/**, 2/**.

As per company policy, all defective merchandise must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Customer contacted us almost 2 months after the order was placed. As per policy, we are unable to replace the items as it is no longer covered under the return time frame. Review: I made a purchase on December [redacted]. They sent me an email with a tracking number showing it was sent. When it was not delivered I contacted [redacted]. They informed me that a label was picked up but that the company never debt the product. I was told to contact them and ask then to resend it. I tried contacting then by the only means available ([redacted] message). The phone number was not in service. They will not respond. I am now out of money that was paid to them and without my product. Any comment I make warning others on their advertisements are blocked. I do not know what else to do.Desired Settlement: I just want the product I paid for or a refund. An apology for dismissing and ignoring my request would be nice but I'm sure that's more then I should hope for.

Review: I placed an order on mobstub.com on January [redacted] totaling $63.90 which was immediately withdrawn from my bank account. I have not received the products and there has been no change in my account information all that is indicated is that it is "being processed for shippment" I have called customer service multiple times and have been unable to speak with anyone. I have also left several voicemails and sent an email to customer support which have not been returned. I wish to cancel my order and promptly be refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be canceled and to be reimbursed in the amount of $63.90 and for that amount to be directly into my bank account that was used to make the purchase.

I have checked online over the past few weeks and my status on the order continues to say "preparing for shipment." It has been like this for over a week now. Review: So I have several issues that I wanted to be addressed. I wasn’t really sure where to file this complaint or how. Anyway I ordered from this company on 12/6. Their site states please allow 7-10 days for delivery fine. That’s pretty standard. Well 11 days later its still processing. Finally after 11 days the status stayed at processing for shipping for another 6 days. Well I had emailed and emailed.. NO response. I emailed on facebook and the website. Finally on 12/**after 3 emails on their website and 3 on facebook. I did get a response. Advising they would refund me If I didn’t receive the product. I figured since this was 12/**due to christimas I would give it a few more days. I did… I received my package yesterday 12/**after 22 days. The packaging slips states I ordered on 12/**NO I ordered on 12/**this must have been processed on 12/**. I am NOT happy! I ordered Dr. Dre Urbeats as a gift. I receive a small envelope with 2 sipping labels. A small black bag w/ the beats and new ear buds that can be changed. Needless to say I was beyond upset. This to me just appeared used. Comes with NO BOX, NO UPC or NO instructions. According to their website it states condition- new in BOX with a 3 month warranty. That’s to me is false advertisement. Being it took 22 days to receive my original product I had requested I don’t trust the warranty. I have also read online on their facebook that these are fake beats and they break after 1 week. To me this scream shady. Could possibly be stolen merchandise for all I know. NOT saying it is BUT that’s how it came off to me since they come as if they have been used and refurbished. I have emailed them since I received my beats and NO response. I want a full refund and I will be sending these back. This is completely unacceptable. The company is also impossible to reach. All is done by email. Thank you for your assistance as I am beyond frustrated and haven’t been able to finish Christmas with my family since I had to wait 22 days. Review: I ordered an item from this company. The website said it may take up to 10 business days to ship. After 10 business days I contacted them and they told me to wait another 48 hours and if it had not shipped to email them again. After another 5 days (120 hours) I emailed them again and they said to wait another 24 hours and if it hadn't shipped they would refund my money. I waited almost 48 hours and it still had not shipped so I emailed them again and told them to cancel the order and refund my money. The next day I got an email saying the item had shipped. My issue is that it took 16 business days to ship and they didn't refund my money when I asked them to and they said they would. I can forward the emails if you need to see them.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back as I have read other complaints on their [redacted] page about customers not getting the right product when they finally did get their order.

Review: I saw a promo for Mobstub on [redacted] and clicked through to check them out. I put 2 items (2 sets of sheets) in a shopping cart, so I wouldn't have to look them up again, on September *, 2015. I left the site and went back later in the day, on a different computer. I then ordered 3 items (3 sets of sheets), "submitting" the purchase and giving my credit card information. I received the 3 sets of sheets and wasn't happy with the color, but they will do. I placed an order for 2 trunk organizers on September [redacted], was charged for those, received them and they are just ok. Yesterday, September **, 2015, I received a package. As I do a lot of internet shopping, there was no indication what company it was from and I had no idea what the package was, I went ahead and opened it. It was the 2 set of sheets I had placed in the shopping cart on September [redacted]. I DID NOT hit the "submit order" button, nor did I provide credit card information for those items. It was charged to my credit card on September [redacted] as a separate transaction from the above-mentioned transaction on the same date. I reached out to Mobstub informing them I did not place this order and asked for return instructions. They told me I would have to pay the original shipping plus the return shipping. As I never place the order I didn't feel this was an appropriate way of handling their error. But they refuse to accept any responsibility for the situation.

It would appear they automatically submit orders for anything that is "left in carts", at the end of the promotion period. It is also my belief that they stored my credit card information without my authorization.

I feel their practices are not only unethical but illegal.Desired Settlement: Shipping label to return unauthorized order and full refund of $29.95

A refund was FINALLY issued for complaint ID [redacted]. I had to fight extremely hard to get a resolution, for items I NEVER even ordered. CONSUMERS NEED TO KNOW WHAT MOBSTUB IS DOING!!! Items left in a cart will be shipped and charged to you (if you make a subsequent purchase and they have your credit card for that order). AND, they will accept no responsibility for this happening. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN and will post negatively about them whenever I get the chance. They should have resolved this when I started emailing them and told them what happened.

Review: This issues is twofold: Product issue and Customer Service Issue. On July [redacted] I ordered two Sterling Silver Italian necklaces. One 18" and 1 20". I received items July [redacted] - One week later The clasp fell off. It's not possible to reattach or solder. On August [redacted] Hannah replied asking which necklace I was referring to. I responded immediately that is was the 18". I never heard back. On August [redacted] I sent another email asking if my first email was indeed received. No response. This morning I called and spoke with a less than pleasant receptionist who took my information and said someone would call me. Not ordering from this company again. Review: I bought a leather Bracelet from [redacted]. I wore it only once and some of the leather had already pulled way from the part that secures it. Review: I placed an order on September [redacted], 2014 I have the Trnsaction # [redacted] and the Order # [redacted] and The tracking number stating that they have shipped my order on September [redacted], 2014 I have checked this tracking number and all it states is that a shipping label has been printed for this item. But I have been in contact with this company for over two weeks now and they can't tell me anything. They have taken my money and I still haven't gotten my order. This tracking information is not up to date and hasn't been updated and they don't care. Please help me the number they tell you to call all it says is that all operators are busy please call back later. Review: Order and paid for items on AUGUST **, 2014. As of today, 9/**/2014 , website still states "preparing for shipment". It does not take 14 days to pack A NECKLACE and ship them. There is no way to get a hold of this company. They do not bother to respond to inquiries via email. The only phone number I could find gives you a message "no one can answer your call" and automatically hangs up on you. IF THEY RESPOND ON EMAIL IT IS THE SAME THING SAID EACH TIME.
