Review: I placed an online order in the middle of December. My credit card was charged immediately. When I received the email notifying me of shipment, it referenced a tracking number. When the product had not arrived weeks later, I contacted the post office who told me that the tracking number was generated at the business, but it did not appear that the shipment had ever reached the post office. I sent at least three emails to the company (apparently the only way to reach them) and the only response I have gotten is an automatically-generated email saying that they are busy with the holiday season and that someone will get back to me. This has yet to happen.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate (and trackable) delivery of my order. If this cannot happen, I would expect an immediate refund to my credit card.

Review: I order from mobstub on ** Dec 2014 and I have been trying to get a reply from them and no one will respond. They sent me an email with a order# of: [redacted] on the day of the order. I tried calling numerous times and emailing to no help. The item ordered was three water resistance Bluetooth headphones with a total of 74.00. Please assist in resolving this issue and stop this fraudulent business.Desired Settlement: Either send me the ACTUAL merchandise I ordered or refund me all my funds.
