Review: I have purchased several things from this company. Recently I purchased hair extensions and the advertisement said to style like you do your reg hair. [redacted] here is the link. Read the description it says you can style like your regular hair. You cannot style these extensions at all! It shows extensions with curls.. I emailed the company and told them mine would not curl at all. It took them three days to tell me it says they only wave they cant curl. I asked her to show me where the advertisement says that and I have not gotten a reply at all. Please help me to get some kind of answer from them. If they sold me non curling extensions I want my money back! Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded back into my account!

Review: I ordered two separate items from this business, a dress, online on December [redacted]. It has been over 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from them in customer service. There is not even a customer service phone number listed that I can call. The website also states there are NO REFUNDS (convenient) so I can't even get my money back from the item I have not received. I have Googled the business now after the fact and learned it is a scam website. I should not expect to receive my items or my money.

My order #'s are:[redacted]Desired Settlement: I guess I would like to see this business shutdown. I am thinking of how many people they do this to (thousands!) and charging just what I was charged ($20 per item) how they are in business for not actually doing anything. This is completely unacceptable. I have read there are many complaints against this "business" on the Revdex.com already. Something needs to be done.

I will be going to my bank to get a refund/dispute the charge.

I contacted customer sevice to find out how to return the five unwanted beanies, and was told that since they were "final sales" I could not return them. I didn't order 6. I don't want six. I received acknowledgments of two, not three orders. I thought the second email was a confirmation of the first order...I was not aware that the order was for three beanies, not one. And I was certainly not aware that they had repeated the order. Perhpas some of the error was mine, and certainly some was mobstubs. In the interest of good business relations and to show at least a modicum of interest in customer satisfaction I wold hope they woulld accept that I did not want SIX(!) beanies, and allow me to return the unwanted five for a full refund

Review: On 11/**/15 I ordered 2 purses from them. On 12/*/15 they debited my account TWICE for the purses. It is now 12/**/15 and I have not received them. I have emailed them 4 times and have not gotten any reply. I have called the number that my bank account listed and it is disconnected. The number they list is an answering service. They say that they will give them the message to call me but they do not call. Please help me they have taken $60.00 of my money and I have gotten nothing from them.Desired Settlement: Please get my money back and most of all contact the authorities and close this business down. They are committing fraud! Thank you.

Review: I ordered a ring from Mobstub, which arrived with 5 stones missing. I contacted customer service and they replaced the ring. I received the ring yesterday and 4 stones were missing. I submitted a picture of the ring with a request for a refund. I received a reply from someone named Lily saying store credit or another shipment of the ring. Either solution is acceptable to me. I want a full refund to my credit card, including shipping charges on the original product. I was told this was a final sale. A final sale clause is only enforceable if the product was used for the intention it was bought. I bought a ring that I could not wear because the stones were missing, not once but on 2 different rings. I can submit pictures of this fact.Desired Settlement: A full credit on my credit card, including taxes, shipping and handling charges.

Review: I made one order for a phone charger and 2 king size comforters (Navy, Chocolate). Somehow the exact same order submitted twice. I was charged twice, I really don't think this was me but ok I'll take the second order. Then they shipped each piece separate and but not all of them. They shipped 2 phone charges-OK no problem. The shipped 1 King Navy comforter- again no problem. They never shipped the other Navy comforter and they shipped 2 Full/Queen Chocolate. I have been fighting with the HORRIBLE customer service of Esther since Nov**, 2015 and I have repeatedly asked them to call me or give me a number to call and they don't. I have also repeatedly asked for management to deal with this. Once I got Hannah to email and she said they were out of stock so asked if a substitute would do. I accepted this and they sent me a King (White) that I asked for but Esther insists this was to replace a Chocolate one. Who cares...they still owe me two king size comforters and information to return their Full/Queen ones ...it was their mistake I'm not paying for it as Esther said I would have to. I also had email from Esther's account but supposedly from Lilly asking me to recap the issues. They have all of that information already in their records...I did a screenshot of their order and marked what I had and what I didn't and what I ordered and they mistakes they made. But it was different now since they sent a substitution they needed to know if I had it or not. I already told them I did. But I did the pictures again. Esther said I was wrong because the White substitute was for a Chocolate and told me to check my neighbors or my post office for the chocolate one. WHAT!? I HAVE those....they are the wrong size. Why can they not understand this? It is almost 2 months since I first contacted MobStub about the problem and I have emailed back and forth with them so much the my stress level is high. This needs to be solved.Desired Settlement: 2 KING size Chocolate brown comforters (If they substitute brand I will look at colors and approve two) AND instructions on what they want me to do with the two full/queen comforters AT THEIR expense. If they don't want them back I want it in writing that they don't want them and I will not be charged. If they want them back they need to pay the shipping...it was not my mistake it was theirs.

On 1/**/16 they are refunded the cost of the two comforters we have been battling over for two months. That part is acceptable. However, they have not told me what to do with the two wrong size ones they shipped me. One of the biggest problems I've had with their support is they only answer ONE questions. They don't address the whole thing and all issues involved at once.I am writing them one more email about the wrong size comforters and their return shipping if they want them. I will let you know what happens.

Review: I ordered 3 makeup brush sets. I paid for 3 makeup brush sets. One black, one pink, one brown. I received 2 of the 3. The set I did not receive was the brown set. I contacted the company. They apologized. They sent out a replacement. I never received the replacement. I contacted the company and was told by [redacted] that if my set didnt come by April [redacted] to let her know. I let her know. She ignored me for 10 days. Finally, I am being told that they sent it and it was delivered and was given a tracking #. They sent it to the wrong address. A month ago. They didnt confirm address or give me a tracking # upon shipment on April [redacted]. I was given this info this week.

I informed them that the package was sent to the wrong address. They told me to take it up with the post office.

I do not feel that it is my issue to take up with the post office. It is the company's fault for A. Not sending it in the first place. B. Not confirming the address the second time around and C. Having horrible customer service and communication.

I told them that I would either like a package sent to my correct address or a refund. They refuse either.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursed for the product that I never received.

Customer initially wrote in stating an item was missing from her package. We had it reshipped right away with the USPS tracking number of [redacted]. Tracking number confirms delivery.

After this was shipped customer contacted us stating the package was never received and that her address had changed. We never received any requests to change customers address and customer was informed that this was shipped to the address on file.

Review: I ordered an item (2pk iPhone 5 10ft Charging cords) ans was shipped to my home address within the 14 days they quote on their site. Upon receiving these cords the tip fell off of one the very first day I used it, the other became loose within a couple of days. I sent an email to their support team ([redacted]) with information about my order and finding out how I might get an exchange. They responded by telling me my package had been shipped. Not what I was looking for, I attempted to call a phone number that is buried on some back almost hidden page form their site and thought 20-30 different attempts on numerous days there is never anyone available to answer their phone. I did get an email back from them stating the had mailed a replacement to me but 4 weeks later I still have not received it. This is a lot of work to go through for a $10 purchase, but it is most definitely a poor way to do business.Desired Settlement: I am tired of fooling with this and just want my original purchase price plus shipping back. I will gladly sen them the defective units if they pay for the shipping. (I will not take 2 weeks to send it either)

Review: I ordered a necklace from MobStub.com on 12**.14. The money was taken out of my account the next day. The page that confirmed my order said delivery would be between 12.**.14-12.**.14. I received an email the same night saying when it was shipped, I'd receive a confirmation email with tracking information. I sitll have not received that email. I have tried the customer service page, which does not load when you hit submit. I have also tried the contact # that I have googled (is not on their website) and it says you have to email them. Review: I ordered a bathing suit on April **, 2014. I realized just after ordering, that the suit may be too small, so I emailed to see if I could just swap the size out. They sent a generic email saying that they could not cancel the order. I was fine with that, I explained that I wanted the suit, but I just wanted to exchange it. I got the same generic email back. So, I was okay with that, I just wanted the suit. I emailed and asked about shipping, because I had not received anything about the status of the package and it had passed the 7-10 business days allotted for shipment. The status of my shipment is that on May *, 2014, Mobstub notified the USPS that a package would be sent, and now it has been considered "pre shipment" since then.
