Review: The product took weeks to ship out. When I got it, it was not what I ordered and broken. I have tried to contact them to get my money back and they haven't answered.Desired Settlement: I will return the watch, I just want my money back!

Review: I ordered a watch off of this website the middle of November. The email confirming my purchase is dated 11/**/2013. Mobstub advertised the watch as a $25.00 watch that I was getting for 12.00 including shipping. When I received my watch in the mail the packaging it came in was undamaged but the watch itself was in pieces and is made of very poor materials. The quality of the watch was very falsly advertised. It's a very poorly made watch and I don't even want a replacement. I contacted customer service asking for someone to call me. I recieved an genaric email on 11/**/13 saying my order had been shipped, indicating they sent me a replacement. That was not what I asked for, I asked to talk to someone. I emailed them back and I was told the best way to communicate is via email and that they can not give me a refund. I would respect that had the watch I got been what they advertised it as. They have a "all sales are final" policy I was aware of previous to buying the watch stated on their website. I was under the impression I was getting a "$25.00 watch" and would be happy with the deal I got. I do not want the watch, it looks like a craft project gone wrong, poorly made. I know it's only $12.00 but the fact I feel like I was lied to by their false advertising is what upsets me, and the fact that they could'nt even have someone call me so I could explain why I was unhappy with this product. It's much harder to get a point across via email.Desired Settlement: I would simply like a refund for the product I bought. I feel like I should be entitled to this due to the false advertising that took place. I have pictures of the watch in the condition it came in, if anyone needs to see them.

I made an order and tried to go ang get my 10% off coupon and when I returned to the site the order had been already placed, before I could apply my code. After having reviewwed some customers complaint I perfer not to do anymore business with this company.

Review: I ordered brushes from this site for $25.95 about 11 days ago. The money was taken from my account and has been in processing for the last 11 days. I tried to contact the support email given and have yet to get a reply as to why where and when my product or money would get to me. I emailed asking for a full refund and cancellation of my order. Review: I ordered a bracelet from this company. I didn't receive the bracelet. I contacted the post office to see what was going on and they said it was not on the scheduled pick up. I contacted MOBSTUB and never got a response. I have contacted them three times with no response.Desired Settlement: I would either like my product or a refund. Review: I placed two orders on February **, 2015, and have yet to receive either one! It's been almost three weeks, and the status of my orders still states "preparing for shipment". How long does it take to ship a necklace? They wasted no time in taking my money for these items. Every time I call (three times now), they say "I will deliver the message". Review: I ordered a " down comforter" in chocolate brown. After two weeks of not receiving the item and my credit card being charged I reached out to find out where it was. It took 48 hours to get a response and when I did, I was told items take 3-7 business days to ship. So I then waited until the 8th business day and still no comforter. Emailed again (no phone numbers) again a 48 hour response, then it finally showed shipped. After almost 4 weeks it finally arrived and was the wrong color. I have now been going back and forth trying to get a return shipping label and my money back. It's not acceptable at all. Review: Ordered a product from this company 12/**/2014, order # [redacted]. I was charged for this product 12/**/14. Shipping tracing # not allowed, Revdex.com does not allow credit card numbers to be transmitted- shows product being sent to a post office in Rhode Island. The post office in MN has not received this shipping invoice product. (phone call to MN Post Office case ID [redacted])

I have multiple times tried to contact Mobstub.com for resolution of this issue. There is no known phone number available to them. The number given on my bank statement, ###-###-#### is no longer in service. Per their website on how to contact them, I have emailed Mobstub.com 4 times now asking for resolution and have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount charged for this product, $16.95 as I have not received the product.

Review: I placed an order for 2 2packs of 30 pin charging cables for my iPhones. When I received them, one 1 of the four fit into my iPhone or iPad. I emailed three times regarding this defective product and received completely erroneous emails back. I attempted to call and each time I try I am unable to get through and they disconnect the call. Review: I placed an order with mobstub.com on December **, 2013. The company charged my credit card the same day. I contacted the company numerous times to figure out where my order was since it still showed "preparing for shipment" on their website. They responded with a USPS tracking number, however, when I go to the USPS website to track the package, they state "Electronic info received" on December **, 2013. They have not received the actual package for shipment. Today is January **, 2014 and I still have not received my order.Desired Settlement: The business should ship orders within a reasonable period of time. If they do not have the products on hand, they should not advertise them. If they cannot provide the order within a reasonable amount of time, the customer should be notified PRIOR to placing the order.

Review: MobStub sent me a faulty iPhone case. When I told them about it they said they'd send a new one. When the replacement failed to arrive I contacted and they told me I need to send the defective one first ( which they failed to tell me when I asked for a replacement ). Long story short it took them about two weeks to send me a return label. I finally got the label and sent back their case. They received the defective case on January **2014. When I asked them to refund my credit card they said they have a new system in place and I needed to go to their website and fill out all the info as if I was to purchase an item ( credit card included ) and do every step fill out every detail up to the last page but don't summit the order so they can refund my credit card. So I did ( hesitantly, but I did it ). Now after many emails sent without a reply I come to you to see if it can be fixed. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I just want my credit card to be refunded and not have to deal with this scam artists again.

Review: I ordered 3 products from this company on December **, 2013, and they had to be 3 separate orders. I have not received any of these orders. I contacted customer service the first time on December **and got a canned email stating they had been shipped.

After receiving another email asking how I rated their customer service, I replied stating I had not reviewed the orders and they did not respond.

On January **, 2014 I sent another email with detailed ordering information. I received a canned email stating my concerns would be addressed within 24 hours. I have not heard anything from this company. Each item was $12 dollars, which is not a great amount of money, but I order 3 of them and now am out $36 dollars. I have to assume that this company is stealing money from people at this time since they will not respond to my request for the products or the refund of my money.Desired Settlement: I would want to be refunded the cost of the product and the shipping that they charged my credit card, immediately.

Review: I purchased queen size sheets from Mobstub on line. The cost of the sheets were $29.00 each for a total charge to my credit card of $190.00 which included shipping. The sheets were advertised as valued at $249.00 each set, and the company claimed on their webpage advertising the sheets 'purchase guaranteed'. When the sheets arrived on Dec *, I found them to be of poor quality, and hardly worth the $29.00 I was charged for each set. I emailed the company to find out the return process and was told they would not accept a return under any condition. The sales person, 'Lilly" was abrupt, and would not pass my complaint on to any dispute personal. She emailed me saying she was the manager and she would not accept a return of the sheets.Desired Settlement: I will return their product and I want a full refund!
