Review: I ordered a blouse, in green 08/**/2015 for $18.00 @ was charged $38.90. I also ordered another blouse in red, on the same order for $15.00 & never received it. It says on the order details it was mailed on 08/**/2015. I want the red blouse or a refund on my credit card of $17.90. I cannot reach mobstub, as there is NO phone #. Review: I ordered several sheet sets and was instead delivered comforters as well as wrong sheet sizes. My attempts at their customer service are only thru email as they have no phone. First they said they would give me store credit and I could keep the wrong items. Now they say they will ship the right items and pick up the wrong items. But it has been a month since this started and I already replaced the wrong items myself thru other means. This is a developing issue. I am still working things out with Mobstub. However it remains unresolved at this point. This has been going on for one month already. Initially, I received the wrong items. I requested that Mobstub retrieve the items and refund the purchase price to my credit card. Originally they said I could keep the wrong items and that they would give me "store credit". I did not want store credit and asked for a refund. Then they wanted photos of the wrong items I did receive. I sent them the photos of the wrong items (which I STILL have). Then Mobstub said they were very sorry and they have re-sent the correct items with a shipping label for me to return the wrong items. I wrote back to them saying I had already replaced the items myself as they were needed for visiting company (this had already taken 2 weeks of correspondence back and forth). I immediately told Mobstub I did not want their replacement items. Then Mobstub said it was their POLICY to replace wrongly-shipped items, and the correct items were on the way! I wrote and told them that I had had enough, to stop badgering me with their products and take their stuff back or I would have a lawyer contact them. This morning (March [redacted]) they wrote to tell me, I could have my refund, but I would have to send back now all 10 items (the wrong set of items and now the new set of items) at my expense!!! They are so ridiculous. They initially sent the wrong items, they confused the issue with a slow, ineffective and tedious customer service process and then want me to pay for their mistakes! I never requested that they correct the order by re-sending the items...in fact, I specifically told them to NOT SEND THEM!!! They think they fixed this???? Not to my satisfaction at all.[redacted]

Review: I was browsing facebook and saw an advertisement for an extended battery case for the iphone 5. Having just gotten an iPhone 5 and going out for long periods, it seemed like a good deal. The website I went too look kinda of like a groupon type website where there is limited time deals on products. I did a quick search on amazon verifying the deal ( I saw cases priced at $70-$90) and went ahead an bought the case since the description seemed to imply that was what I was getting. However that was not true, they only sent my information to USPS and I had to wait another week for it to actually ship and then another week after that to arrive. I bring this up because they say on their website that it will only take "7 to 10 business days" to ship the product. [redacted] So, I finally get the case. And it doesn't work. It doesn't look like what's being advertised. It just flashes lights. So I write them on 6/**/13 detailing the issue and I have to wait 2 days for a one sentence message that reads: Did you make sure to charge the case before using it?. I reply back that yes I did and don't hear from them again. So I decide to look into what I bought exactly since the packaging seemed strange and here it is: http[redacted]. It doesn't look like I got that huge discount at all. In fact it looks like I paid them MORE money then advertised on this site. So, my issue is that I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: I think the business should change the wording of their advertisement since there is no discount at all. I think they should hire actual customer service people who actually care about their customers. I think I deserve a refund.

Review: I clicked the wrong size king sheets. The options were California King and KIng. I realized this once I submitted my order.I tried to get in touch with customer service but to no avail, no numbers were provided. The only way I could was to message someone. When I did, the response was a few days later, after the order had been charged and submitted. I received a message that due to the refund policy, I could not do exchanges with final sales. I understand if I had attempted to contact them days later, if customer service was readily available to assist me with my human error but this was not the case.

I now am out $28.00 because I clicked on the wrong option and no one could be of assistance.

Mind you this was my second order, the first was damaged. They corrected this issue because in their policy they correct damaged items. They say their refund policy has something to do with not having replacement from their vendors, yet they can replace damaged items? why couldn't they send me the correct King size... I would have paid for shipping!!!

When I looked into the company further and found the number on the about us section and Revdex.com website, I encountered someone on the phone who I couldn't understand and said they couldn't help me with my issue because they weren't in the "office" more like not in the country and probably an answering service.

I demand to be refunded, or having my items properly exchanged. Horrible organization, customer service and unfair business policies.Desired Settlement: Exchange

But that does not apply in this case, because I tried to get in touch with someone immediately after I clicked the wrong size by mistake and no one was available to assist me via- phone immediately after I made a technical error. Customer service should be readily available to adjust orders and errors before they are processed AND the policy is NOT CLEARLY STATED. If this is not resolved, I will look into further action.

Review: This is also a customer service problem. I have written to Mobstub 4 times. I ordered a PINK Chaps wristlet. I received it in orange. When I first wrote to them, they wrote me back to say that I had already received the item. In other words, they didn't even read my complaint. I wrote again. I was told the warehouse messed up, I could keep the orange one and they would give me a credit. I replied that I would be fine with re-ordering the pink one. Then, they sent another email to say they would be sending a shipping label to pick up the orange one that they had just told me to keep for my trouble. I went to their website and they no longer sell the Chaps wristlet. I complained again and now they say - too late - you said you'd take a store credit. Basically, they have stolen my money and not delivered what I ordered. They will not give me my money back. [redacted]. Here is a copy of all of my emails (by the way, you cannot call them - this is the only correspondence they offer to resolve disputes.

Now, instead of having the customer search your entire site for something that MOBSTUB sent out wrong, I would think you - on your end - would go ahead and send out the correct one.

A store credit does me no good. You do not have the item that ordered any longer. I want the money that I paid for the wristlet returned to me.

Now, I said that I would report you to the Revdex.com if this was not handled in my last email. You have 5 days, or it is being reported. I am astonished at your lack of customer service. Oh - and - FYI - I do not show a "store credit" on my account either. Wow.

After reading the reviews, I now see this happens to a lot of people never getting their products. Well this was a birthday gift and I have tried calling and email and no response.
