In essence you may be charged the cost of your purchase repeatedly with every attempt you try to correct an unfixable error that resides on MobStub online address verification system (AVS). Customer service is horrible and leaves you to plead with your bank’s fraud department to cancel all the repeated charges from MobStub.

During checkout their AVS system has a fault that will return an error on a some valid addresses. The site only displays an error banner says “AVS Error..” with no additional information of what this means, or any other prompts of what to do next, and halts the progression of checkout process. Despite the error indicating a failed checkout attempt, MobStub still charges the amount to your Credit Card without an Order number, or any account history of an Order going through/failing, leaving an unknowing shopper to attempt the checkout again. When a shopper does this MobStub.com displays the same error and makes an additional charge to your credit card, indicating you have not purchased anything in the cart.

I saw a bracelet that I loved on Facebook. They advertise this company Mobstub all the time. I ordered a bracelet from this company. Got an email on Dec [redacted] that is was shipped and would take no longer than 10 days. They gave me a tracking number. I waited and waited. I never received it. I had sent them an email about this and was supposed to hear back in no later than 48 hours. I never received anything. I wrote a posting on Facebook and my cousin sent me a phone number (###-###-####). I called the phone number and it said Mobstub, please send us an email. The number my cousin gave me had a actual person answer, It was more an answering service asking my name, phone number, email and the order number and someone will get back to me. I checked today the tracking number they gave me from the postal service. It was picked up in [redacted] on December [redacted]. How can someone pick it up the day before it was even shipped? This is a scam. I saw their ad and read comments. People are waiting from November and don't realize it's not arriving. Facebook should take this company off their pages from advertising because it is a fake company. How did they get a tracking number of a package that was delivered.? My name and address was on the order and I live in North Carolina. I called my credit card number, reported it and they took the charge off. Please stop this company from cheating people out of their money and using the postal service as well. And by the way, the phone number you (Revdex.com) have listed for them is a fax line.

Review: I made an order just recently on Mobstub and put in my current address. In my confirmation email seconds later, my old address was listed. I called immediately and was told that the shipment was sent out and there was nothing they could do except reship it if it came back. This was a mistake on behalf of MobStub and should have been resolved immediately.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I received the package of my order in two separate shipments and one was incorret/not the same as advertised on their website. I told [redacted] the [redacted]/with management about this and have had nearly 10 emails regarding the issue with the item. It was not the same as they had listed on their website. I sent them the picture of the item and they said it was close to what was list and are not going to give me a refund, even though it's not the item they had listed. I asked to speak to a [redacted] 4 times and never got a [redacted]s name or number. I said I would send them back the item as its still in the package unopened, but they said they would still not give me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the item which is $13.00 plus $3.00 shipping fee for a total of $16.00 and be able to send them back the incorrect item.

Review: I ordered 2 bluetooth behind the neck stero headsets on September **,2014. Total amount of 57.90 . The company has processed my debit card for the payment and has been paid. Review: I made an online purchase on December **, 2013 and I still have not received the items that I purchased. My bank statement shows that MobStub has already taken the funds out of my account. I have sent them (3) three emails and all I have received back was two auto-generated emails and one email stating that my order is being processed for shipping. The MobStub website has shown "processing for shipment" since the day I ordered the items. I have checked the reviews from other people and A LOT of people have complained about the same thing.Desired Settlement: I no longer want the items from MobStub. I only want my money back.

Review: I ordered a dress for my wife's Christmas present from their site. It arrived ripped and defective. Trying to contact customer service is next to impossible. Email's have went unanswered and ignored. I have not received one reply from this company yet, and they advertise response within 24 hrs. They took my money and won't give me the option to return a defective item that they promoted as in brand new condition. I want to return the item and get a full refund for that item. I have purchased other items with no issues. But if you get something you didn't ask for the company ignores you. How fair is that? I knew I should have stuck with Ebay. Review: I ordered a dress from them more than a month ago and after not receiving it in the time specified 7-10 business days I requested to cancel my order. They don't offer a phone number so I had to email. A man named [redacted] responded saying it would ship the following week. I asked again to just cancel it and he did not promptly respond until they shipped it supposedly (I still haven't gotten it and that was over a week ago) I asked for a number to speak with someone and he gave me to a woman named [redacted] who said my order shipped. After explaining I don't want the order she said I can return it for credit and I told her this could have been handled by canceling it 2 weeks ago before it shipped. She wrote back that this is the best she can do. The fact that there is no net given when requested and all of my attempts at canceling the order have left me very angry. I am starting to question if this is a scam website and how I can get a refund and not a credit. I will NEVER order from them again and will make sure no one else does. I told them they are unprofessional and absurd for not responding to me.Desired Settlement: I honestly think people who have no sense of service or appropriate time expectations should not be in business. Please read their return policy before ordering any stuff from their website. They are not returnable. Even [redacted] who sell products from different vendors have a return policy, from whom I had ordered a product of over 200 bucks and they gladly exchanged it for me or gave me an option for a refund.

These Mobstub.com people it's a NO... I would never order anything from them again. I suggest order directly from Vendors who carry the products, even if you have to pay a little extra, at least they back their products.

Review: I ordered several items as gifts for my Granddaughters Birthday. One item was never delivered and one item smelled so bad I had to keep it in it's plastic sheath. Another item was only partially delivered.

Also, there is not a contact available anywhere to register a complaint or question.Desired Settlement: And return of unbearable stinky watch.

Review: I ordered a product which they stated it would be delivered in 3 to 7 business days here it is going on 3 weeks and no product yet. They didn't have any problem processing my money for the product so how can they not deliver my product in a timely manner. I am very upset with this company's action. Review: On January [redacted], I ordered two watches from this company. On January [redacted], my bank account was drafted for the purchase price of $25.90. After two emails to the company, and promises to contact Revdex.com, if I had not received the delivery of the products or a refund, I finally received ONE of the watches on Feb. **. When I contacted them again, through email on Feb. **, a response was sent on Feb. ** that a delay was being experienced and would be rectified ASAP. Review: I ordered a camera lens coffee mug on December **, 2013 via Facebook. The ad on Facebook said "7-10 business days for delivery". I waited. Now it is January **, 2014, past the 10 days. I have attempted to contact the company via their webpage and when I review my order, I am told my item is "preparing to ship" or "processing for shipment". I have emailed them 3 times only to receive back a generic email asking me to list my order number and transaction number. I have done so and have not heard. I called them with the listed number of ###-###-####. There is no way to leave a message NOR to speak with anyone at that listing. I took my frustration to their facebook page and with dismay saw that 99% of the messages people had posted were complaining about this company with the same complaints I have. I cannot get a refund because I paid for it with a credit card that was cancelled in December due to being compromised in the Target situation. I want the item sent to the correct address. This company should be shut down A. for highly deceptive customer service, and **. for lying about orders arriving within 7-10 business days. Review: I purchased my item and my credit card was charged immediately. The shipping information said that it would take 7-10 business days to be shipped. It has now been 26 days and my order description still says "processing for shipment". I have emailed customer support 3 times and have been given the same automatic reply that they will return my email within 2-3 business days. That was over one week ago. The customer service phone number allows you to call and then it automatically hangs up on you. There is a website with hundreds of reviews, all saying the same thing. They charge you but you never get your item and you can never reach customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to either actually receive my item or be refunded the $21.95 that I was charged.

Review: I purchased two items and had defective problems with both items.

Item #1- Four "Hotel Quality" pillows. Upon receiving the four pillows, I noticed the Federal Warning tag had been cut off the pillows. I do NO idea what the pillows are made out of. I contacted Mobstub and was asked to send them photos of the pillows. I sent a photo of each pillow, one which has a hole where the tag was cut (scissors for the fabric of the pillow). They then replied saying "Thanks for the images. I've never come across this before. Unfortunately since this item was listed as final sale it is not eligible for a refund. However, I can either issue you a 50% store credit towards a future purchase, or have a replacement sent to you. If you are really unsatisfied with the order, you can ship the defective item back to us (return shipping would be on you)and provide us with tracking details; once we receive it, we will issue you a refund." I refused to pay shipping to return an item that was illegally sent to me.

Item #2- Black lace dress. This item was received 16 business days after I placed the order, which is out of the time frame posted on their website. After receiving the dress, I tried it on. The neckline design and small collar is noticeably uneven and the surge hem on the bottom of the dress is loose and starting to unravel. Did not contact company about dress as they told me with the pillows that sales are final.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund to be made to my credit card within 5 business days. If they request items to be returned, they must pay for shipping PRIOR to me sending items. I will NOT pay a dime more to this company nor do I want a store credit or discount on future orders.

Review: I purchased an iPhone USB charger from MobStub on September [redacted]. My daughter came home from college for Christmas break and used the charger in my home between her Mac Pro laptop and her iPhone. Both devices failed as a result. The iPhone will no longer hold a charge, and the laptop required $366 in repairs, including the motherboard. IDesired Settlement: I contacted MobStub and received a response from Lilly in Customer Service stating that defective items must be returned within 15 days, not even acknowledging my request for compensation for damages. I would like MobStub to pay me $600 in damages, covering the laptop repairs and only a SMALL portion of the cost to replace the iPhone.

Mobstub has a 15 day return policy which covers all defective items. As this was purchased 5 months ago, this is no longer covered under our return policy. As clearly stated in our FAQ's:"Due to the fact that our deals are so greatly discounted, the deals we negotiate with our vendors are final close-out sales. As such we simply cannot accept returns and all sale are final unless stated otherwise on the deal page. Thanks so much for understanding! I saw an advertisement they had posted on [redacted]. Beautiful comforter and an amazing price. I ordered it and it arrived. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was an ugly silky cheep material with not filling whatsoever. The package states to let it sit for 48 hours to get back the fluffiness. Not a change. I will most likely donate this to Goodwill. It is horrendous.

The pictures of their product that they advertise are NOT anything close to what you will receive. Pure Junk

Customer service is awful! Just ordered my product and read all the bad reviews about them which made me nervous so I tried to contact them to cancel my order. I then received a reply stating my order has been shipped and they can't cancel it. No where does my order say shipped on the status or have I even received a tracking number. Which the reviews I was reading had the same problem. A lot of the people didn't even receive what they ordered. Some one needs to do something about this company for many reasons other than mine.
