Review: I ordered an item from this company on 12/**/15. The LED beanie hat was never delivered but I was charged. Numerous attempts to contact this company7 were negative, the company provides no phone number, the phone number on my bill has a recording stating they are no longer associated with the company. Finally I found a number in which a woman answered, took my information and hung up on me. I called back another woman answered took my information and advised the office was closed and she had no idea why. The woman advised all she could do was take a message and pass it on. The Lady stated there was no address for the business or any other contact number. (completely shady) These people are obviously taking people's money and need to be shut down. The number they provide is ###-###-####Desired Settlement: The company needs to be legit or shut down I see there are excessive complaints on them already. They need to have a valid phone number with valid answers. It is obvious this phone number was provided just to pacify the complaints your dept has already received.

I ordered a Bluetooth headset and the order was not processed neither was the item sent. There is no way that you can contact this company via phone. I would NOT ever recommend this company ever to anyone. This is a scam company! The above phone number is for a fax line. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!

I have only recently become aware of MobStub. I ordered a set of sheets. They arrived a few days before the expected date and were the quality that was stated. I have nothing but good things to say based on my 1 experience.

Review: I purchased a wallet type clutch from the company. When it arrived, it had a large jagged cut along one side where you put your money/items in. I immediately contacted them to let them know of the problem, and asked that they send me a replacement item and a return label to send back the ripped one. Their first response to me was just an email that told me I had received my items, and showed the tracking information. I replied that of course I received my item, my contact with them had said the item had a large rip down the side. After waiting days more they replied the hole was for headphones. I then told them, where there was an earphones cord hole, the large gash along the side where all of the money and valuables are put could not possibly be for headphones. I explained that the item could not be used with this jagged edged ripped hole, and asked AGAIN that I be sent an item that was not defective. I also let them know if they were out of the color I ordered, they could refund me and send me a return label to send them back the wallet. They then replied with an email that only said the item was handmade. I replied, asking them what that had to do with the fact that the item had a huge jagged hole on the side where you put money, clearly shown in the picture I sent them. Then, after waiting days for a reply to that, they answered me by telling me that the item was "final sale" and could not be returned of exchanged. I replied to them letting them know I was NOT trying to return or exchange and proper item they had sent me and that I had changed my mind about or did not like. That I had paid them and they failed to provide a working product, and it was fraud to take my money and not provide me the item whole. I let them know that I would report the issue if they failed to refund me or provide the item I purchased. After waiting another day, I am now filing this complaint. I have checked, and t heir website indicates that the item with color I purchased is sold out, so I will indicate refund as the desired settlement.Desired Settlement: I would like to see a managing member of the company to review the correspondence sent to and received from their customer service representative. I half wonder if the emails were really read at all at first, as the responses were not even relevant to the complaint. Hopefully they can avoid this type of problem in the future.

Review: I originally placed a order for 3 different items with MobStub on 12/*/13 via their website. I received my first item 8 days after order placed. 2nd item came 19 days after order was placed. I am still waiting for my 3rd and final item...now at 34 days waiting. I have sent multiple emails and have received automated replies. When a human finally replies it's never actually with a real answer. I received my last correspondense with them on 1/*/14 stating that my package has shipped. The number they have given me to track my package has continuously listed the package as starting out in Brooklyn, NY. My package still is listed as being in Brooklyn, NY as of the last time I checked tonight 20 minutes ago. I don't believe they've even shipped it...I think they just created a shipping number to make me believe it's on it's way. This item was to have been a Christmas present...but I never got to give it...since they have not bothered to ship it. This company is beyond horrible.Desired Settlement: I just want my money plus the shipping charges I paid...all refunded in full to my credit card. Period.

They do not respond to email, the phone number is just a fake message. I have posted to their facebook page and they just delete the comments and do not reply to messages. Review: When I filled out the on-line order form before I entered my address and credit card information, it mysteriously appeared on the screen. When I went to contact them about this issue, all I could get was e-mail. I e-mailed and asked for a phone number several times and was refused. They said they only deal with issues via e-mail. I found a phone number and it was an answering service. I left two messages for a call back and received none. This is a security issue and cannot be resolved via e-mail.Desired Settlement: I want a supervisor in the billing department to call me to determine how they got my information without my giving it to them.

Once again, they did not address my issue. I will not quit until I speak to someone from their company as to how their server got my address and credit card information without my supplying it to them. I don't care that they have a secure server, I don't care that my info has been deleted. I want my initial question answered by phone by one of their supervisors.

Review: This company is TERRIBLE! I placed 2 separate orders containing a total of 3 items on the [redacted] of November, 2013. I ordered the Professional Make-up Brush Set for my sister-in-laws for Christmas. On the description it says "7-10 days"- here it is 20 days later and my order is STILL "processing for shipment" (it's been in this status for almost the whole length of those 20 days). From the reviews I read, almost every single customer has the same problem that I am having. There is no [redacted] number to contact customer service so the only way to contact them is via email and it usually takes a couple days to respond. I have contacted them about 6 or 7 times for more information other than "processing shipment" and every representative gives me that same line. Finally I asked to cancel my order today and they said it was not possible.Desired Settlement: From the complaints I have read from other customers and how many of them said they had reported this company to the Revdex.com, I feel like this company should not be in operation or should have some sort of penalty. I understand bad service is sometimes inevitable in service situations and I am normally a very forgiving and understanding person but nearly every customer that has left a review has been unhappy and the only "positive" reviews that I have read online were all placed on the same day, which is very suspicious to me. This has taught me to do research on the company BEFORE I order!

Review: On 9-*-13 I ordered 4 watches. On 9-*-13, my credit card was charged $51.80. It is 10-*-13, nearly 1 month later and I have YET to receive the merchandise. I have contacted MobStub THREE times and always receive the same email that someone will contact me ASAP and my order status is "pending". I was given FedEx tracking number and have spoken to FedEx and they have NO shipping information regarding that number and they did not ship the product. The only information they could refer to me was that the item was to be packaged by [redacted] (haven't a clue why I am given a FedEx number and where in the heck [redacted] comes into this picture). I am beginning to think this is a scam company that does not provide customer service. There is NO telephone number to contact this company with --- the only means of contact is by email and I have NEVER received one decent email informing me of the status of my products. If my credit card can be charged the day after my order, then where are my products ??Desired Settlement: I want my credit card either credited or my merchandise immediately. One month is long enough to wait, even though this company billed my credit card in 24 hours !!!!

When we contacted Mobstub to complain, they said all sales are final and there are no refunds. That policy should not apply to us because we never ordered the items in the first place. Many of these unwanted items have not even shipped yet. This is a total rip-off.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of $278.45 (we are fine paying $121 for the 4 items we did order, even though the quality is very poor), and will be happy to return the unordered items so long as Mobstub pays for the shipping.

This company is a scam. Products that they send to you are not what they advertise. Quality of jewlry is a lie. When you try to deal with them the correct way, they have offer no help and chide you by saying Cheers! Very unprofessional! I will be telling every review site about this company.

Review: THEY ADVERTISED A "DRESS", YET WHAT ARRIVED WAS A BLOUSE, AND WITH DEFECTS (THE LONG SLEEVES WERE ON EVEN AND WELL ABOVE THE WRIST). I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY ASKED ME TO SEND PICTURES, WHICH I DID. THEY AGREED (IN WRITING) THAT IT WAS DEFECTIVE, YET REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND. I attempted to file a complaint with the [redacted] but since the tracking number is not a valid tracking number, I cannot do so. I have emailed [redacted] and [redacted] several times, to request a full refund, but have never received a response. Review: I bought a ring from this company and paid $24.24. I received the ring and it was too small. I got on the website and could not find directions for sending it back. So I used the form they had sent me which had my name, address, type of ring, cost, etcetera. I didn't hear from them so I wrote to make sure they received the ring. I got a message from "[redacted]" saying if you don't use the correct form then we have no proof you sent it back and we keep the merchandise. So they are stealing the ring and the $24.24. I have written her 3 times to try and resolve this, telling her if she would contact the person in the mail room they would tell her they received my ring because the form has my name, address, proof they sold the ring to me. She keeps saying if I can't prove they sold me the ring, they keep whatever I sent them. This is stealing. I cannot believe they are stealing my ring and keeping my $23 that I paid for the ring in the first place. I have given my number and asked to talk to a supervisor, no one will call me. I'm just appalled that a company would do business this way, steal from the customerDesired Settlement: I want an exchange but if they won't do that, at least give me my ring back that I previously purchased.

Review: I purchased a set of makeup brushes from Mobstub and they were delivered to me dirty. You cannot use a dirty brush on your face. I emailed to express this issue with a picture and I was told I would receive new brushes in 2 weeks. I never received the brushes after all. I emailed mobstub to inform them that my brushes were never receive and they chose not to email me back. This is disrespectful and a waste of my money being that I never received clean brushes that I could use on my face. I have been calling multiple times daily and emailing about this and each time I get an answering service. They said they pass along my message marked urgent but I never receive a call back.
