This company is a scam. AVOID AVOID ! You cannot get off their mailing list and you'll get emails FOREVER. They have NO customer service and you cannot call them. You cannot cancel or return any purchase. They have 3 mystery addresses in and around New York City. They all look bogus. There are at least two phone numbers - no answers. Even their email cancel subscription option is bogus and does not work. AVOID AVOID !

Review: On July **, 2015, I purchased the following:

Celebrity Double Wide Waist Trainer Corset - 4 Colors

Black - Size 3XLarge

When I received the item, it was extremely small for supposedly being a 3X. I contacted them via email (which is the only way noted on their website that you can contact them), and informed them that the item is extremely small, and I would like to return the item for a refund. A couple of days later, I received an email from them stating that the item cannot be returned.

I believe the item is defective. I checked their records with the Revdex.com and saw that they have 226 complaints. Revdex.com indicates that there is a pattern of complaints concerning missing merchandise, defective products, and customer service.

When ordering from the internet, there really is no way for the consumer to know what they're getting. Although their website stated that the item could not be returned, had I known that the item was going to be more like an Extra Small (XS), I would not have ordered it. I normally wear a 2X-3X and have never had a problem with those sizes. But with this item, it looks more like an Extra Small (XS).

Review: I ordered 3-D mascara from Mobstub. This is a product that the [redacted] company sells and is patented. I though it was odd that Mobstub was selling it. I ordered it and found that the product came in the same packaging, but they had removed the "[redacted]" logo on the packaging and product. After checking with a [redacted] representative, I learned that [redacted] is not affiliated with Mobstub in any way, is not exclusively selling with them, and the product they sent me was counterfeit. I also learned that other consumers has eye infections from using the counterfeit product. This is by far fraudulent. I am trying to contact them to return the product, but they do not have a number to call. I am waiting to see if the company responds to my email. Consumers should know they steal products and sell them.Desired Settlement: Modification/Discontinuance of an Advertised Claim That MobStub is simply exposed to their dishonesty.

My concern is that this product is clearly a patented product from the [redacted] company. I have photos of the [redacted] product and this "unbranded" product. They are either selling [redacted]'s product and taking the logo off or they are selling a patented product illegally. I have heard, although can not prove that consumers have contracted eye infections for this mascara from MobStub. It is simply worth looking into if using it could result in a health issue.

Are they or are they not taking [redacted]'s products, scrubbing off the log and selling it? I still have the product with the insert of the exact same insert from [redacted]. It is fraud. Had I know they were stealing and selling it, I clearly would not have bought it. It did not say in their fine print that the product was a "knock off". After speaking to [redacted], I know that they do not sell to mobstub. Mobstub knows this, which is why the branding has been removed from what they are using. There is a patent on the product they are selling. There have been reports have people contracting eye infections from counterfeit products. This is not acceptable.

Review: Company provides low quality, defective merchandise that does not work as advertised and then hide behind their "all of our products are at close-out prices" **. There is NO legitimate company out there that does not accept returns or does refunds!!! These products are simply bad quality, inferior items made poorly in China and that is why they do not accept returns. Review: So I ordered 2 pairs of headphones from this company Mobstub.com Biggest mistake ever!! March * I order the head phones for $43.91. Advertised at 19.99 for one set. No issues there. They took the money same day from my account. On my bank statement this ###-###-#### was next to the charge. Called an some young kid is on a a recording stating to use the [redacted] email and this number is no longer associated with Mobstub.com to contact them. Well I did that and when you do so it gives you the server error message as of today is the 8th day and still have no shipping info. Heres where it gets interesting. So since the company has absolutely no way to contact them I took to their [redacted] page inquiring about my order on their page. I also sent them private messages asking about it. Minutes later my posters were removed and no responce was given. They have blocked me from sending them any messages as well as posting any comments to their posts. This to me if very fishy. I have contacted my bank and am disputing the charges!! Be advised when you use their company you will have no way to contact them at anytime! Spread the word look through their [redacted] comments and you will see a ton of others have the same issue and when Mobstub does respond to the customer it is an auto generated message from them to the customer!!Desired Settlement: Refund

While I tried to message them and post questions on there advertisements posted on their page and they blocked my from inquiring about my order therefore not having any way to communicate with them about my purchase. I have filed a dispute with my bank and the charges due to lack of holding their end as a merchant in giving me the product I paid for. Back in December I placed an order for 2 pairs of Dr. Dre Beats - a month later we realized they were broken and after doing much research I'm beginning to realize that they were either knock-offs or defective.

I reached out to MobStub and after much debate they sent me a letter asking what I prefer, a store credit, refund credit card, or replacement. I chose the refund to my credit card.

I sent the Beats back and was told that they would send me replacements - I spent $15 to send the Beats back so that I would have a signature from MobStub team. After a few days I heard nothing and eventually received an email stating that my 1 set of Beats were delivered. Well I never received a pair of Beats and I'm still waiting for the other pair. I have not heard from anyone at MobStub and I'm getting frustrated. Over the past few days I've learned that this is not the first encounter that MobStub has had and many customers are unhappy.

Can you reach out to client and have them contact me regarding this matter, ASAP? Below is the correspondence that I had with a customer service rep on facebook:

Review: On Dec. **, 2013, I ordered 3 Crown Smartphone Wallet Clutches from them as Christmas presents. I contacted them, via customer service, from their website on Dec. **, to find out why I hadn't received my order, as they were to be Christmas gifts and since they would not be here in time to cancel my order. On Dec. **, they replied, saying that I couldn't cancel my order, that I could refuse it when it came and they would refund my money. When I told my daughter-in-law's and granddaughter what I had ordered for them, Christmas day, they were really excited so I decided to go ahead and accept the order when it arrived. To this date, I haven't received my order, the customer service at this place is horrible, to the point that [redacted], customer service rep, said that my order had been delivered. I can assure you it has not been delivered here. I sent another complaint from their website, hoping to get an email from someone other than [redacted], but to no avail. Review: On 8/**/14 I placed an online purchase for an item of jewelry. On 9/*/14 I received an e-mail saying the item was shipped out. I got a tracking number and tried to track it. It never gave me any information. On 9/**/14 I contacted Mobstub to find out where my package was. They said their was a glitch and I should get my item shortly, but wouldn't be able to track it. I sent e-mails on 9/**, and 9/** asking again where the package was and never got any responses. On 9/** and 9/** I e-mailed asking for a refund or I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I never got a response. Review: I ordered two separate items on two separate days from this company. When I ordered the first item I was told that I had to register online to their website, which I did. Once I completed that order I expected to receive some sort of email confirmation about my order & never did. When I went back on the website to place my second order, I was once again told that I had to register online once again, which I did. This time I received an email confirmation of the second item that I ordered. So I went to there website to see if I could find out any information from my first order, since the money had already been taken out of bank account & could not find anything. I then proceeded to email them about it. I received what seemed to be an automatized response from the company saying that they would personally to my inquiry in 2-3 days. I still have not heard anything back from them after several days & few more emails to them. Review: I ordered a bathing suit several weeks ago, have been waiting for its arrival but one of my friends told me the site mobstub was a scam site. At that point I tried contacting them since I still haven't received my product. I looked in my email that said my confirmation and at the bottom it says click to track order. I had to sign in the track but all of a sudden the log in I made to buy the bathing suit does not exsist. So not only can I not track it but I cannot contact them because I have no way of doing so. Since then I ordered the same suit from another site and still never received the first one. Review: I placed an order for two watches from [redacted]. The website listed the watches at a 60% discount and also lists that the offer ends in 1 day, which is false, I've checked daily and the offer always lists as if it's a limited time offer with an expiration. The website also states that shipping for this product can take between 7-10 business days. I placed my order on January **, 2014 and it is now February [redacted] and I have yet to receive my product. I emailed someone concerning this order and was told that this specific product was delayed in shipping, but was given no expected date that they might be caught up or ship out, nothing. I waited another week and made another inquiry to which the "representative" told me that she would email the shipping department for information, but no further information was given, however she did close out my inquiry as "resolved". No, my issue has not been solved. I am still without my product nor do I know if and when I will ever receive it. The website lists that all sales are final, which I could understand but I want a total refund since I have failed to even receive my order. Reviews on their own website indicate that that is the case with many more people never receiving their order and never getting help. This place needs to be shut down for scamming people.Desired Settlement: I want a total refund. If you list that orders can take between 7-10 business days to ship out and hold yourselves accountable to having more than enough time to ship out that order and fail then that 7-10 business day wait requirement is void, as should be the final sale listing. Why should I wait more than the time you alot yourself and you not be required to get my order to me but me be required to still pay you? Awful!
