Review: On February [redacted] I placed an order on www.mobstub.com. I have since..not received the items that I purchased...have sent them emails asking where my items are..they said there's a delay please be patient....I then emailed them asking for a refund...have not heard back...have written on their facebook wall [redacted]..which they instantly replied to asking me to send them a personal message with my order number (which I did) and never heard back. At this point I do not want these items anymore I just want my money back!Desired Settlement: I want my merchandise total and shipping cost refunded $96

This company NEVER attempted to reply to my emails regarding a refund nor did I receive a refund. They didn't respond to Revdex.com until they FINALLY shipped out my items...and at that point I had already asked for a refund (several times)...and now that they are sending me my items they are telling me if I want a complete refund I have to send my items back to a DIFFERENT company with a different address in a different state!!! This company is a HUGE scam....they said they sent out my items (in a timely fashion)..yeah ok a month later is NOT in a timely fashion and when I asked for a refund I was completely ignored and items shipped AFTER I complain to Revdex.com and on fb. What kind of company is this and HOW do they get away with doing business like this????

NOWHERE on your site does it say "purchases of items are final no refunds"...I was asking for a refund BEFORE I even received my items...I had no items to return..and NOW that you have sent me my items you're offering a refund and for me to send back?? lol this company is a JOKE...you won't give me my money while I have no merchandise but now offer to refund after you send products??? That is NO WAY to do business. Under your terms and conditions all it talks about are vouchers..I did not purchase a voucher I purchased a product..that took a month to be shipped out...asked for my $ back...why hold on to it when I didn't have my merchandise? Review: Ordered a necklace on 8/**/2014....received a shipping status on 9/*/14 that this order shipped on 9/*/14 with a tracking number that states no updated info...I have contacted this company NUMEROUS times about my order, was told it shipped, then I was told there was a "slight glitch" in the tracking (i.e. yes, there would be considering I do not think the order has ever shipped). The company sent me an email saying it was shipped and according to the DHL, the item was never turned over to them for delivery and the tracking number was deleted from their system by Mobstub.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered.

Review: The site delivered to [redacted], when I clearly entered my address correctly. The site autocorrected the address on its own causing the incorrect delivery. USPS indicated it was delivered to [redacted] but the tenants at that address have no idea where the package went.

I should not be responsible for ANY charges for the businesses error.

Review: Ordered a product from MobStub on January **. Product was charged to my credit card on the same day. Product is still listed as "pending for shipment" per the company website. I contacted customer service they stated they would "email shipping" to address true problem. It has been over ten days since that supposedly happened I still have no shipment or product and now customer service will not respond to my follow up emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my purchase as I never relieved it in over a month.

Review: I ordered 2 items on September [redacted] and it said 7-10 days to ship, on September [redacted] I was sent another email saying my order had shipped and they provided me with a tracking number to USPS, it says to allow 24-48 business hours to see it in the system. I have checked all week and USPS says the tracking number is not valid and they have no record of my package. I sent Mobstub and email and got a response on October [redacted] that says the order is in processing. When I responded and asked how it can be processing if I have a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. I have sent emails for the last 2 days and NO response. The phone number they have on the website hangs up on me when I call, I have posted on their [redacted] page that I just want a tracking n umber, SOMETHING to validate they shipped it. Still nothing from them. I even sent a personal message on [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my money back, after seeing all the other customer complain about their products being defective and having trouble getting replacements, I can not risk having to deal with the trouble of an exchange or their customer service people anymore, I just want my money back, I want nothing to do with this company who says their main priority is their customer. I was sent an update on my complaint and the response from the business said package lost by carrier and a full refund was given to me. I just checked my online banking and called my banking institute and have had NO refund from them and I still do not have the 2 items I purchased and was charged for back on September [redacted]. Review: Do not do business with this company ~ 13 days to receive the products and that after 3 emails asking about the order ~ promised time 3-7 business days! One of the products was a birthday gift for someone setting out on a 2 month motorcycle trip. The product arrived 4 days too late! Ordered on June **, 2015 and received product June **, 2015. (the charge for shipping was $8.85) The Products (Solar Chargers) did not work with any of our three different types of cell phones as they said it would, we needed to buy adapters, once we used the "solar chargers" they did not recharge when in sunlight...even for 20 days. They sell cheap, non working junk and then don't stand behind their products! They do not refund unless notified 15 days after the arrival. (Even though I had asked for the order to be canceled) It doesn't matter that they don't work at all! I tried to cancel the order on June **, 2015, but the reply was that the order had already been processed for shipment, even though it wasn't shipped out until June **, 2015! This was a total waste of $65.85 and I don't want anyone else to get burned by ModStub.com!Desired Settlement: I wish to return the three solar chargers for a refund of 65.85 which includes the $8.85 shipping fee since they did not follow their agreement of 3-7 business days! Also to let customers know of their poor business practice.

Review: I ordered a pair of iPanda Toons2. I received an offer for 10% off. I purchased another pair. The first problem was that the discount was never applied to the second order. Then, they shipped both items in the same package, but yet charged me TWICE for shipping.

I get the order in a couple weeks. Opened them and tried them out. They were complete junk. You could honestly find a better quality headset at a dollar store. I packaged them back up, contacted mobstub about returning them for a refund. They said that all sales were final. I found this company on [redacted]. It did not say ANYWHERE that you could not return your merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like to return these and get my money back, including the shipping that I paid for twice.

When I ordered my items, NOWHERE did it say or imply that it was a "final sale" I would never ever purchase something I could not return if I was unsattisfied. I do see in your FAQ about "no returns", but why would I even look there?I do not like being taken advantage of. A place that claims "no refunds"are just trying to rip people off. Review: Purchased a necklace for my Mom for Mothers Day in March of 2015. Received it over two weeks after the order date... The mail is not that slow! Gave the necklace to my Mom, she put it on the next morning and it snapped in half. The only reason I ordered it is because she told be she liked it. Emailed MobStub.com on Monday 05/**/2015 and received a response on 05/**/15 saying they couldn't refund due to their return policy. How could I have known it was going to break the day after Mother's Day when I ordered it?Desired Settlement: REFUND for the measly little $14.99 payment. If you want it returned please provide a shipping label.

Review: I placed an order and they immediately took the money out of my acct and when I call just to see the status they say customer service reps are busy they don't even give any option to hold on they just say email them..so I did that and it was undeliverable, they have absolutely no way of being contacted ..I believe this company is a scam, I saw several people complaining also how they haven't received their item, in fact one customer said they got a woman named [redacted] and she said it was shipped and gave a [redacted] tracking number and it didn't even exist....I want my money back I do not trust this company, I order online all the time and I never ever encountered this type of horrible customer service for paying customers....they refuse to take any calls...my order number is[redacted] and ill even give you the phone number ###-###-#### so you can see what im talking about if you wish. Review: I ordered this watch off a facebook ad. That was my first mistake.

I received in a timely manner BUT I did not get the color I ordered and

there is not way to close the watch. It is broken and CAN NOT BE worn.

False advertising of original retail prices. NO REFUND/EXCHANGE ALL SALES FINAL "policy" is very discreetly displayed and does not show up unless you scroll down, even if you think you are viewing the entire page you are not. Won't deal with a company selling through trickery and lies. They are not proud of their products, only their marketing ploys. What company would legitimately sell shoes without an opportunity to exchange for size. This one refused to. Had several back and forth emails with unyielding customer service. I do all I can to discourage others from being taken advantage of by this company.

I have got the run around with this company from get go. there is no number to contact them but by email or if online live through this way. I have seen a number on the Revdex.com site. I have contacted that number but when calling, a recording states that at that number listed in Revdex.com they are no longer affiliated with Mobstub. the staff is very ignorant and will not handle your problem on live chat and cut you off line because they don't want to handle your problem. It has been now from the time I ordered to now a week and a half. I have contacted the post office with this tracking number, and they said that tracking number was to be in no later than Friday July **-2015. yet still it was not on the postal truck. when you look on the postal site. It still shows it is in New Jersey. this company was very quick to take out my money in my bank account at the time I have ordered this ring, but yet still not to deliver or handle this matter. I have tried this company the first time and was hoping to do business with this company for a retail gift shop I own online, so I tried it first before I was to sell there merchandise. I am glad I did because this would have put my company in shame, due to if my customers ordered it through my site, I would have not able to deliver to my customers. They are refusing to let me speak to a customer service rep or refund my money. I called several times a day and keep getting an answering service and the woman flat out told me I cant get to customer service because theyre not ansering their phones. There is no order number as I have previously explained hundreds of times now and even mentioned in my complaint because they never issued an order confirmation. I was told in one email that they were sold out of the product and would ship a replacement asap and they have not and wont tell me why. They are stealing money and I want something done about it.

Review: I ordered a pair of of bluetooth wireless headphones. I was led to believe from advertising that I was buying an name brand item at wholesale prices that was only being offered at that price for a limited time. Shipping was extremely slow on this item. When I did receive it the item was not only an off brand "i-panda" that I have never heard of but it was also damaged. I saw this from outside the package. I opened it to confirm and it was indeed damaged on one side of the headphones.
