Review: I have contacted them several times to tell them that only half my order was delivered even though the packing slip said both were in the box. They have no phone number to call and my last email has not been answered. This company does not seem legit.Desired Settlement: At first I just wanted the sheets I ordered, now I just want to be refunded.

Review: Monies extracted when order placed in Sept 2015. Have rec'd emails saying orders are shipping. Order "shipping" incorrect. Sent email 2 weeks ago to "support" with the requested info ie tracking number AND order number. Nothing, nada.............this is more than frustrating. This "company" is NOT a company and should have a class action suit placed against them!

Review: Dec **, 2014 I ordered 12 necklace charms. I received 4 separate deliveries on 12/**, 12/**, 12/** and 12/** only to find that only 11 charms had been delivered. I emailed Mobstuf off their website on 12/**, 1/*/15, 1/*/15. I wrote a letter to Mobstub at the shipping address as this was the only address I had at the time. I received an email from [redacted] (Mobstub) on January [redacted] answering her request of more information - of which I sent her an email and an attachment of the original order. She sent me an email with my reference confirmation of inquire #[redacted]. I did not hear from her again. On 1/**/15 I sent another email to [redacted] reexplaining the issue and her previous emails to me. I did not get a reply. I then searched the internet and found an address at [redacted]. I sent a letter on 1/**/15 with my complaint and previous correspondence. On 1/**/15 I receive another email from [redacted] with the same formatted letter asking me the same things that were sent on 1/**/15. I, again, sent her an email back with a copy of the original order of Dec **, 2014. I then proceeded to report this company the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I had a special surprise for my 12 granddaughters for New Years Day to present these charms as a memory of 'us.' This has been destroyed. Now I am focused on Valentine's Day. I hope to have my charm before then.

I spent a total of $207.40 for these charms. I cannot give out 11 of them as one granddaughter would be very disappointed to be left out. All I want is the missing charm.

Review: My order was a total disappoinment. Only one piece of the two that I ordered was ever delivered, and it was not an appropriate size. They rather rudely responded by sending yet another (comforter) that they want to call a King/Cali King.... I will have to use it on my double size guest bed! The other piece, a bluetooth headset for my daughter's Christmas gift never even showed up! I tried using their link for "contact us/complaint"- after submitting, the screen would just go white and info gone but nothing submitted! Tried that 5 times before just sending it in an email to mobstub.comDesired Settlement: If they can get the headset here ASAP, fine. If not I want a refund and an adjustment on they comforted. I should not have to pay for what they call a king if it can't be used for the intended purpose. they should absolutely credit me on that.

Review: First off this website saves your credit card information, you can't buy without accepting their policy. this is worrisome, and customer service said the info was safe but refused to delete it. I bought what was advertised as a TOTES brand radio/fog-free mirror for the shower that claims it is perfect for "precision grooming". the "mirror" was a pitted and warped film of reflective foil that looked more like a fun house mirror than a precision grooming tool. the razor holder broke when I opened the box and only 2 of the 3 hanging options were included. clearly this was a defective product. I contacted customer service by email (no phone number posted) and engaged in a week plus long email argument with the mobstub "[redacted]" she refused to refund my money and was combative, rude and impossible to deal with beyond her quoting policy of no refunds. I would normally understand a final sale, but this was beyond defective, it was a piece of trash represented as something it could never be. THIS IS A SCAM! in the end she did say I could return the item for a refund but I would have to pay shipping. I refused as I didn't think I should have to pay any money for this trash. I invested over a week of arguments; time out of my day to deal with this situation and I was not about to pay money to end it. i've written reviews and asked all my friends and family to boycott the business. today, after more than 15 emails later, the [redacted] said she'd refund my money and didn't mention shipping. i'm going to wait til the money is back in my account and the return label emailed to me before I consider the matter closed. this company sells items that are FAR BELOW what they are advertised as and then steals your money by way of "final sale" policy.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded and will not pay to return the item.

Review: I purchased a shirt from them. When I finally received it, the shirt was the TOTALLY wrong size. All I wanted was an exchange for the size I ordered. I emailed the company and received an email back saying it would be 24-48 for someone to get back to me. After a week and a VERY LONG search for a phone number I called. The person who answered was very very rude. Took my order number and email address. Said she would pass it on and hung up on me. I called again 5 days later and asked for a [redacted], was immediatley hung up on. I called back and was told they were not avail. I very politely asked for the number so I could try later. I was given a fax number. All I want is a replacement shirt nothing more. I have received all but one of my purches.

Review: I placed an online order in the middle of December. My credit card was charged immediately. When I received the email notifying me of shipment, it referenced a tracking number. When the product had not arrived weeks later, I contacted the post office who told me that the tracking number was generated at the business, but it did not appear that the shipment had ever reached the post office. I sent at least three emails to the company (apparently the only way to reach them) and the only response I have gotten is an automatically-generated email saying that they are busy with the holiday season and that someone will get back to me. This has yet to happen.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate (and trackable) delivery of my order. If this cannot happen, I would expect an immediate refund to my credit card.
