Review: I ordered headphones online from this company 3 weeks ago. I have a usps tracking number and it has yet to arrive.

When I email them I get an email that is the same every time that says "we have had shipping issues" etc.

no phone number to contact, no person to speak with and no refund offered. I have emailed 3 times and got the same answer.

It appears this happens to everyone, the cheap crap arrives with no problem but when you order something worth 100 bucks it

is never delivered.Desired Settlement: SHIP MY PRODUCT. OR REFUND MY MONEY

Review: This company is a complete joke/scam. I placed an order with them on 12/[redacted]/2012, unfortunately I did not read their fine print which says it takes 7-10 days to process an order. Once I realized this it had already been a week so I was just going to deal with it. They had no problem immediately processing my card, but the order takes forever to process. After 10 days I emailed them and they responded telling me I could not get a refund because my order had already been processed for shipment. When I get on their website it still says on my order "processing for shipment" When they told me a week ago it had already been processed. I emailed them back and now they just will not respond after being caught in a lie. They could at least respond to me but will not. This site needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my card refunded for the almost $30.00 worth of products I ordered 17 days ago, that by the way still say "processing for shipment" when I log into thier site to check it. I would love for this site to either be shut down completely or at least in big letters on there site say PLEASE ALLOW AN INDEFINITE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER, HOWEVER WE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY RIGHT AWAY!! That would be fair.

Review: I ordered 2 bracelet watches off of Mobstub, and on 9/**/2013 my 'account' with them says the products were shipped and a USPS # was provided. Today is 10/*/2013 and USPS says they have no record of that USPS #. I emailed Mobstub on 10/* because I found out on that date that USPS didn't have the #, and today Mobstub emailed and automated email to me saying that USPS is slow to process their tracking #s to the computer system. I do not believe that this is true, I have never found that to be the case in any orders I have ever placed online, and besides, the account on Mobstub says it was 'shipped', but it has not arrived.Desired Settlement: I want this order delivered to the address I had it sent to which is [redacted]. That is my granddaughter - I ordered these as a gift for her.

I expected a cheap ring to tarnish and maybe turn my finger green, but the ring I ordered fell apart within 3 months! I was standing at my desk and it literally BROKE IN HALF while doing NOTHING! I wore it on my left hand (I'm right-handed), so it was never stressed in any way. When I contacted the company, they said defective merchandise has to be returned within 15 days. It wasn't defective that I know of -- just CHEAP! I've had GUMBALL MACHINE RINGS from the 1960's that lasted longer than this; and they cost a penny!!!

I sure hope the other things I ordered hold up better than the I love you more/most hand-stamped 2 pc ring set for $18!!! PLUS postage and handling! Retail $140? What a joke!!!

Review: So this complaint is all encompassing to include not only customer service issues but also delivery issues, refund/exchange issues and product quality issues. I have ordered several items from Mobstub and each item I actually received has been a HUGE disappointment. The quality of the products is very cheap compared to how photos look on-line. I ordered bluetooth headphones, the volume button doesn't work and all that was offered was IT suggestion on how to try to troubleshoot this. I ordered 3D Fiberlashes and the fibers that I am to put on my eyes are very coarse and nothing like the quality of other fiberlash brands I have purchased from places like [redacted]. My biggest complaint is the fact that I paid for a ring and it was addressed incorrectly and customer service has yet to respond to me regarding either replacing this or refunding me money. I feel like they robbed me of $60. I will NEVER shop on this site again and I will do my best to warn others.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I ordered a dress from this website on jan **-2014. the site says will be shipped in 7-10 business days. Looking at customer complaints I know im not the only one with this issue. People have been getting this dress months and months from when they ordered. but most people are not receiving anything. including other products from this company. Review: I ordered a product on 1/*/14. The item has never been received up to this point, 2/**/14. I have reached out to them via email on 4 occasions with little response. One response I received on 1/**/14 was that my item had shipped and an apology for the delay. However, no shipping info could be given, and the item has never arrived. So I can only assume that email responder was either making the response up, or was given incorrect info from another area within the company. Either way, the item is not with me. I then followed with an email on 1/** to ask about shipping info, no response. On 1/** to ask about lack of a response from the 1/** email and then again today because I cannot get any sort of response. That leads me to filing this to hopefully spur some response or action. I do not enjoy filing this, in fact the item I ordered was inexpensive and probably not worth all the time. However, I did pay for it and was promised the product which I can only assume will never be sent to me.Desired Settlement: If the company would simply acknowledge the mistake they have made, find the product and ship it to me quickly (overnight preferred at this point), and if none of that can be done because they either do not have the product, it is discontinued or whatever else, simply refund my money and I can order the product from eBay which is does have it available.

Review: I have purchased 2 separate Iphone 5 charging (10 ft) cords. The first one bought were (2) white 10 ft charging cords. They seemed to work for awhile but after 3 months, they no longer were charging my phone and the cords would not be recognized when used with [redacted]. I contacted customer support and they told me per the return policy, I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do. The second set of cords I bought were (2) blue 10 ft charging cords for the Iphone 5. Upon receiving them, I tested them both as I had been burned by this company already. One of the cords works fine with electrical outlet charging and while using [redacted]. The other cord will only work with electrical charging. It will not be recognized by [redacted]. What is the point of paying for two cords if only one will work properly? I contacted customer support and was contacted by the same person ([redacted]) who wrote me during my first incident. When I explained my issue, she told me she had sent an email to the technical department and will contact me as soon as possible. She then closed the request as solved - which clearly, it is not. I received that email from her on December [redacted], 2013 and it is now December [redacted], 2013. By the time they reply, the 30 day return will have passed and I feel they will tell me, again, that I am out of luck.

Review: On November [redacted], 2013 I saw an ad on my Facebook page from www.mobstub.com showing they had two neopreme masks on sale for only $10. I thought it would be a great Christmas gift to my friends who ski a lot. The website said that with the $2.95 it cost for shipping it would show up on my doorstep within 7-10 days. On the eleventh day I emailed customer support saying I had not received my product and when I looked at the status on the website it still said "processing" yet when I checked my bank account I had been charged $12.95 ($10 for the two masks and the $2.95 for shipping). I received an email two days later saying: "All orders can take up to 7-10 business days to ship, (unless stated otherwise). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking information. Please note it may land in your spam folder so don't forget to look out for it there. You may also log onto "My Account" on Mobstub.com to view the status of your order." They also informed me that "my issue had been resolved". This would have been fine if it wasn't 13 days after they charged me. I told them I had not received a conformation of the shipping in my inbox nor in my spam folder.

On December [redacted], 2013 I sent another email stating that I still had not received my purchase and that I was very frustrated and that I would like a full refund of my money since I did not receive their services.

Since their first email I have not heard back from them and I assume they just think I will forget about the money and move on. Wrong. This is where you guys come into play.Desired Settlement: I would like for mobstub.com to fully refund my money to the card I paid them with and hopefully never to put another ad on Facebook so they can lure other victims into their trap.

Review: Ordered a phone case through the website, everything seemed fine, processed the order. In their fine print it says 7-10 business days for shipping. I said alright you know what it's fine I will wait. 14 days go by and it still says processing in my order, so I emailed them, and they got back to me that day explaining that its 7-10 business days AFTER it has been processed. I thought that was a load of garbage. So I waited some more and the order finally went through for shipping. waited about 7 days before I checked the site again and it showed the day my package was supposed to be delivered on, very good! That day has since come and passed, I have emailed them through the same means before 3 times, all to have which have gotten no responses about NOT receiving my product at all. They do not have a phone number on their website so I cannot call them at all. Still have not received this product.Desired Settlement: I just want my phone case. I did not receive the order, and contacted the business, who said that they had sent it to the wrong address. My receipt showed the correct delivery address. They said that it had been sent to an address in New York. I provided my correct address again and they said they would resend it. After 2 weeks I had not yet received the product and contacted them again, stating that if it was not resolved I would contact the Revdex.com. Review: I order Wirweless Bluetooth Active Sports Stereo Earbuds. They do not work. It will not hold a charge. It will only work if the usb charger is connected to power source. These are wireless. I have sent several emails to the Mobstub via their website and I can not get a confirmation if its working. I also sent email to supplier and also cant' get a response. back. I paid $23.00 plus shipping and Handling. this has been now two weeks are longer.Desired Settlement: I just want a replacement. I have order from them before and never had an issue.
