Review: I bought a watch on this website, however, when I went to place the order, I was told my credit card was declined. I tried once more and again, my card was declined. I immediately checked my bank statement to make sure everything was alright, and although I was told my card was declined, the money for both purchases had already been taken out of my account! I went back to the website to cancel at least one of the orders, but according to the website, I've yet to place any orders. I'm extremely upset that MobStub has taken a good amount of money out of my bank account even though their website said my card was declined. And I can't even cancel the orders because to them, my order doesn't exist.Desired Settlement: I would like both orders canceled for the watches and my credit card to be refunded.

Review: They shipped out my product and it says it was delivered on the second of December however I did not recover my package and I assume if there needed to be some one to sign for it that it was forged.

There is little to no customer service and no phone line to call. The place seems really disorganized I did contact them. Upon emailing them they finally gave me a tracking number to something that was supposed to arrive a week and a half ago. Review: I PURCHASED 3 PAIRS OF RUBBER SANDALS FROM ABOVE COMPANY. I WAS UNAWARE OF THEIR NO EXCHANGE/NO RETURN POLICY UNTIL I RECEIVED THE SHOES. Review: I ordered bluetooth headphones from Mobstub.com and I never received them. And, there is no way of contacting them. Also, when I contacted [redacted] they stated that my package was delivered on oct *, 2013 but it was not!!!!!!

And when I tried to contact the company I could not reach them. Also I reviewed the comments about Mobstub online and I found simular complaints some of which was worse.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I ordered a cell phone clutch & paid $12.95 on 12/*; on 12/* I received the item in the wrong color (ugly color). I emailed the same day of the wrong item received. I received a response 12/** requesting pics of the item-I sent pics the same day. I sent a 3rd email 12/** because I had not received a response. I sent a 4th email 12/** because I still hadn't received a response. I then received a response on 12/** offering a "store credit for the watch" (I did not purchase a watch, it was a clutch). I replied the same day," I will accept that if it's the best you can do." On 12/** I still had not store credit so I sent email # 6 asking for the correct item be shipped or a full refund. On 12/** still no response so again I sent another email requesting correct item or full refund. Then I decided to check Revdex.com site & saw several other complaints in the last month, so I'm hoping you can help me out. Meanwhile, I've been trying to call the customer service phone # that showed up on my bank statement ###-###-#### & get a recording that all reps are busy then it hangs up (I called at least 20 times)

I also on 12/* ordered & paid $12.95 for 2 pk of 10 ft charging cables for iphone 4S that I am yet to receive. I also included this in my emails to them & it was never addressed.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund on these items $25.90 or send the correct items ASAP

Review: I bought 5 pair of "water resistant bluetooth headphones" theyre not water resistant, one pair was out of the package broken, they were all in the same box, but still got charged shipping per item, theyre "ipanda toons" witch I was not aware, had they said ipanda toons I would not have even purchased them, the shipping in voice inside the package said '0$' shipping paid per pair, these are definently not the 90$ quality headphones I was promised on the website witch had 90$ crossed out. When you look 'ipanda toons' up [redacted] comes up for free shiping and handlind and only 19$ for the headphones. And they do not advertise them as water resistant either, or the value of 90$, I am very dissatisfied, and when I asked for a refund the day I recieved them. Theyre response was "they'll replace the broken pair" but that still has not been done yet either. I want my money back. Theyre not the 90$ quailty bluetooth headphones they are advertising.Desired Settlement: These were bought as christmas gifts, and I cant even give them out as presents do to the poor quaility and lies. Review: I ordered a bluetooth headset and a necklace from Mobstub.com. I paid for the items and the funds were deducted from my account. I received an email receipt of my purchases that states:

Three days later, because I have not received any shipping information, I attempted to contact the seller to obtain information about my order. I went to their website to do so. Their inquiry form does not work, and no phone number is available. I feel this company has taken my money with no intent to send me the merchandise I paid for. I will also be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. It is unethical to conduct business in such a manner.Desired Settlement: I want my order delivered along with the tracking number for the items. Review: On 08/**/14 & 08/**/14 I placed an order with the company. On 08/**/14 I received a tracking number for one of the items I purchased. On 09/**/14 the item was shipped/delivered to an address in New York, I live in California. I double checked my shipping address I used when I placed the order and it is correct. Review: I ordered a dress through Mobstub on January ** of this year. Their website says allow 7-10 business days to ship. After the 10 business days was up and the product hadn't shipped, I contacted them inquiring as to what was going on. A few days later, I got an email that said they were having issues and that I needed to be patient. There was no explanation of the problem or estimate on when the issue would be resolved. It has now been three weeks since I paid for this dress and it has still not shipped. They have no phone number to contact a representative. When you email them, they send a confirmation that they have received your inquiry and say it will take 2-3 business days to get back to you.

I made another purchase through the website on February *. Both items shipped and have been delivered, however one of the items was not what I ordered. There was a return packing slip for another company ([redacted]). I contacted [redacted] to resolve the issue and they said I need to go through Mobstub's customer service, and now I have to wait 2-3 business days before they will even respond to my issue. This is tiresome and I have never had such issues shopping online.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the dress I ordered. If that is not possible, then I want a full refund.

In regards to the wrong items sent, I want what I originally paid for. If that is not possible, I want a full refund.

I prefer to speak to a customer service representative on the phone.

I gifted them to my boyfriend for Christmas and recently they malfunctioned (he could hear the music, but not the vocals). He contacted Beats, Inc. who agreed to honor the repair and asked my boyfriend to ship them the product and the receipt from Mobstub. The product was shipped to Beats, Inc. last week. My boyfriend received an email today from Beats, Inc. they read as follows:

We have evaluated your item for RMA order number [redacted] and have unfortunately found that you do not meet the requirements for a warranty replacement for the reasons of:

This raises all sorts of red flags. MobStub does not do refunds. I wholeheartedly believe that this is a scam or at least false advertising of sorts. I don't know the full legal terminology, but if these are "counterfeit" Beats headphones and they were sold to me as Beats by Dr.Dre then there is DEFINITELY an issue. The words FAKE and COUNTERFEIT are a BIG PROBLEM. This needs to be resolved and put to an end.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to receive a full refund for this product. If not possible, I would like an apology from Mobstub acknowledging that the product they sold me was in fact counterfeit and for the Revdex.com to have the knowledge that they are selling FAKE products so action can be taken against them.

Review: On December [redacted] I placed an order for a Rubber Band bracelet maker kit for a Christmas gift... It was never received. Today 12/**/2013 I emailed MobStub asked for them to just cancel the order because I ended up having to buy a gift replacement. According to my account, the order I made hadn't even been processed yet. I received an email from "Mooky" refusing to cancel it. I emailed him/her back and they never responded. I went to their facebook page trying to get an answer there. What I found was a lot of people with the same complaints and whomever was watching the facebook page, deleting negative comments. When I posted asking why they were deleting those comments, I was completly blocked from posting on that page. They have refused to answer me by email, blocked me on facebook and I've not located a phone number as of yet... They have the owner of their website hidden by way of a third party.... They are not an up and up company in my opinion. I want my money back. I do Not like to be scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like my order cancelled and my card refunded. I saw a post on ** for this company and proceeded to purchase a few last minute items for Christmas. My cc was denied twice, which was crazy because I just used it, but a saving grace as an afterthought.

I tried to get into the area where my cc was stored and the website wouldn't allow me to do so. I tried logging in again and it wouldn't let me. So, I called my cc company and was told that all 4 charges were approved which then scared me. I was told to call the company because the issue was on their end.

I [redacted] the company to get a phone number (as they don't give one on their site, you have to email them), called and was put on hold when male voice popped on and said the call volume was high to call later and then it automatically hung up.

I still can't get my credit card removed from this site. All I want is to delete my 'account' from this site. That's it! My cc company is watching my account for any unapproved charges, but I'm still concerned about my info in the hands of what seems to be a sham of a company!
