Review: I placed an order on Mobstub via online purchase on December **, 2014 I purchase a Swarovski necklace, and matching bracelet and a pearl necklace. Paid via debit card. The Swarovski necklace and bracelet were sent off and deemed "undeliverable". I received the pearl necklace. I have emailed several times to Mobstub they keep asking me what my address is and I have given them my address several times. I want a full refund. Review: I ordered 4 necklaces from ** page back on Sept **, 2014. I have emailed the company about 5 times asking for tracking number and delivery date but I never get a response.

I went home and immediately went through my bank and even waited a day, which meant I was outside the 6 day response issued by Revdex.com. I did not receive a credit to my account. This is still not finalized. I want them to credit my card, which they did not.

Review: I made a purchase on Mobstub.com on 9/*/14 I was told 7-10 business days which would have ended on 9/**/14. I received confirmation from Mobstub on 9/**/14 that my package was shipped. When I didn't receive it by 9/**/14 I contacted the post office, put in an inquiry and waited for them to contact me. By the following Monday(9/**/14) USPS tells me They never received the package.Desired Settlement: This item was suppose to be a birthday gift so I'm pretty upset. They can send it, but I'm not paying for it anymore.

Review: On 12/**/13 at 10:36 a.m. I ordered Crown Smartphone Wallet Clutch. I received confirmation of my order and my credit card was charged on 12/**/13. On 1/**/14 I contacted their customer service via email explaining I hadn't received my product and my order still showed as processing. On 1/**/14 I received a response stating that they had checked on the status of my order and my order would be shipped "in the next day or so". On 1/**/14 I still hadn't received my product so I emailed them again and received no response. My order status online now said "preparing for shipment". On 1/**/14 I email them again because I still hadn't received a reply. I threatened filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and disputing the charge on credit card. I received a reply back on 1/**/14 that said: " I apologize for the delayed response. I am terribly sorry that you haven't yet received your order. There seems to be a slight glitch with your tracking information. I've been informed that your order has in fact been shipped; you can expect delivery shortly." On 1/**/14 I asked for proof of delivery from them and haven't received any response to date. I sent the same request again on the 1/**/14 additionally asking for a number to contact them. I sent another request on 1/**and have yet to receive a response back from anyone and still haven't received my product.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my credit card refunded. I will not ever do business with this company again. They should not be allowed to do business. They lie and steal.

Review: I ordered several items from this company on 12/**/13. The item was to ship in 7 business days from payment; payment was made online. I have attempted to contact this company via email several times regarding delivery, starting around the 1st week of January. I received an automated email response each time I contacted them saying I would receive a personal response in a day or two. I finally got one on 1/** from "Miriam" in which she said she was looking into the matter. On 1/**I received a follow up email in which she stated "Your packages have been shipped via USPS. Here are the tracking numbers: (removed per Revdex.com request)." On 1/**I entered these numbers on the USPS site and it said electronic shipping info received 12/**. I emailed the company back concerning this since this is not proof that the item shipped, just that these tracking numbers were used to obtain a shipping label. To date I have not heard back from them in any form and the USPS site still shows the same information.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome would be the delivery of order or refund of purchase price, including any shipping charges. I would also like a written apology for the incompetent way they handle customer service. And, of course, I would like to see this company put out of business. After the weeks of problems with this, I found out that this company has a history of this kind of behavior and needs to be stopped from preying on the public.

Review: On 10/**/13 I placed an order for some Beats by Dr Dre headphones for a birthday gift. Since we recently moved, before placing my order, I changed my shipping address on the website. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email show it was to go to the previous address. I immediately called them but they were closed. I sent an email right after that.

I tried to update my shipping address and I guess it didn't go thru. I no longer live in Oklahoma and need this purchase to come to the following address

I'm sorry, but that is completely and 100% unacceptable. I need a pair sent to the correct address. I updated my information on the website BEFORE I submitted the order. It didn't save it, for some reason. I contacted you within minutes of placing my order. It's not my fault that you guys don't answer the freaking phones or reply to emails in a timely manner. I even went to facebook and posted on your page. Within an hour, I had someone on there asking me to PM them my order number. I did that within minutes, and also gave them the correct address. They never replied, so I sent another message. No reply, again. I woke up this morning and saw that

the order had shipped. I tried to call again. NO ANSWER -- big surprise. I got back on facebook and posted again to your wall about my issue and guess what? NO ANSWER. The customer service there is very lackluster and this is not a way to treat someone that spent 70 dollars to receive a product. I went above and beyond what is expected of me as a customer to correct the issue. Your company did NOT!

I have not heard a peep from this company since then. I have contacted them via email, phone and facebook. When I first contacted them via facebook, they replied asking me to private message them my order ID. I did that within 20 min and never heard a word back. The next day, I sent them another message and didn't get a reply. I looked on their facebook wall and another person placed an order online the same day I did and had the same exact issue. They had updated their address and placed the order only to find out the website didn't update the address. This person hasn't gotten any contact from the company either. As of today, the messages have been taken off of their facebook wall. The person in charge of the facebook page is responding to other people, but not to anything I ask about my order. I sent one last email just before typing this complaint.

I need somebody to call me about this order IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!! I have tried and tried to contact this company for days about this order and nobody will answer the phone. Whoever is in charge of the Facebook page told me to contact them. I did and now no reply. This was for a birthday present for a CHILD! We are [redacted] and move regularly. I am not the only person that has had this issue and on the same day. Someone else posted on your facebook page that they tried to change their address and when they placed the order, it sent to the old address. They also are not able to get any resolution from you. The kicker now, is that the same item is on your page for $10 less than what I paid for it. I need you to ship the item to THE CORRECT ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!

I doubt I'll hear from them. I have ordered previously from this company but will never order from them again due to the lackluster customer service they offer. You will note in the attached letters there was a statement made that the sheets were Egyptian...and they are NOT even cotton...there is nothing that indicates these sheets fall into the category of Egyptian sheets...and yet there ad explicitly states so. They are in fact made in China. AND they are of such inferior quality they could not be washed and hold together!!! As far as the shoes are concerned...they do not clean at all, have creases which will split when the shoes would be worn and are not correctly sized for a size eight foot. All of this contrary to the enclosed copy from their own website. AND this misleading is actually fraud.

item is labeled Egyptian sheets. AND they are not. These are not Egyptian anything!

The description which MOBSTUB sent to Revdex.com was not the same

as the one listed on their website “6-Piece Set:

Available” I copied this right from their webpage. In fact, Mobstub

DELIBERATELY left this header off of what they sent to Revdex.com. Which should

demonstrate their willingness to defraud whomever! Again it says Egyptian and

there is nothing Egyptian about this product. I am attaching the original website copy and a link to the sponsored [redacted] ads running next to the search for "MOBSTUB EGYPTIAN SHEETS." “Shop

I am also attaching the NORTON GUARANTEE which is supposed to ensure the purchase! The quality of the materials makes this entire item suspect...made in China...and the advertising is fraudulent.

On Saturday July [redacted] 2015 I was looking on this site and had put 3 items in my shopping bag , meanwhile I accidentally hit the submit button after several times of changing and removing items in my bag , so it automatically said thank you for your order , I did not have to put in my [redacted] no they obviously kept it in record which I think is wrong , so I immediately contacted them by email because they have no phone # listed for customer service I wanted the order cancelled they emailed me back saying they could not cancel the order it was already put in for shipment , so I said well the least they could do for me is give me 10% off because I had a code for 10% from a previous order which I would have used had it not been submitted, I wanted them to credit my [redacted] that 10% they said they could give me a 5.00$ credit to the store I again asked for a credit on my [redacted] , no response so I then emailed and asked for the code for this 5.00$ store credit no response . I will not order from this company again first of all I don't think they should be able to keep your [redacted] no I think you should have to put that in yourself for each order , second of all they have a no return policy that's the reason I wanted the order cancelled this was a 50$ order . So beware people of the buttons you push when selecting items and submitting!!

Grandmother/Granddaughter necklace I ordered (2). I received necklaces for Mother/Daughter. I contacted this company by E-mail and received a note back stating they were sorry for the error but they need to see photos of what I received. I sent the photos which I feel if this company was a good place to purchase from I would not have to do this. All's I wanted to do was exchange them for the correct items I ordered which I have a copy of. I have contacted them several times and have received nothing back. This is no way to conduct business. Why isn't there a package slip inside incase this is with incorrect item. Now I guess I will have to sell them and never get the ones I wanted for my Granddaughters. Review: I purchased a product from MobStub, Inc.'s website on February *, 2014. The product was described as a "Professional 24 Piece Makeup Brush Set with Case" and it described the case as being a luxurious vegan leather case. The photo depicted a case that looked like a soft leather or cloth case, that was pliable and had a cord wrapped around it. In one photo, you can see a logo of some sort on it. The brushes were made with a light wood handle.

However, when the product arrived, the case was nowhere near as described. It's a black shiny plastic patent material, with a crocodile pattern of some sort. It smells of plastic and has a strong chemical order. It's hard and not pliable. There is no tag or logo on the product anywhere. The brushes are made of a black plastic material. It is NOT the same product that was represented on the website.

I contacted customer service and was told someone would get back to me. No one has.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money in the total amount of $25.95.

Contacted them again via email - same scenario as before.
