with a redemption period of 30 days.

I do not understand how you would consider this closed considering I still have NOT received my cash refund. I have been told X days several times now. My refund is floating out there. You can NOT consider a case closed until the refund has ACTUALLY been received by the client/Customer. I have NOT received therefore this case is still infact open and I will move on to the next step if the refund isn’t returned within 5 days. Again, very poor customer service and poor response.

We have reviewed our customer's concern regarding her online orders. The return was handled accordingly. The customer used a $10.00 Kohl's Cash when order 5515157974  was placed, which was given to our customer in the form of a KMC. On her second order, we did apply her refund of $41.00 which...

[redacted]this is partially resolved. Kohl's did in fact finally get the pick up order correct. We are now waiting on Kohl's bill to see if in fact they credit the correct and complete amount. After partnering with our Corporate Refund Department we are
able to confirm that the customer’s refunds required additional review. The customer
will receive three Kohl’s Merchandise Credits via mail. We advise the customer
to please allow 10-14 business days to receive this. We apologize for the

I have sent the company at least six detailed transaction copies as they were detailed in my account. I have emailed specific order numbers many times combined with specific product SKUs. They continue to ask for details when I continue to provide them they are not acknowledged or responded to. We have returned over 300$ worth of merchandise as was recognizedby the second phone call we made. We have also yet to be credited for interest charges. I have a copy of every email sent and response.
