February 14, we credited the Master Card ending in 8235 in the amount of
$43.87, in compensation for the defective item, which will post in an average
of seven days. We also issued a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) in the amount
of $10.00, via mail, in compensation for the lost Kohl's Cash.

We regret to hear the customer's anticipated rebate offer expired. At this time we advise the customer to reply with the rebate information so we may attempt to resolve her concerns.

Certain electronics brands or warranty products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up. Refunds for warranty products are handled by the warranty service provider. Even exchanges are not allowed on premium products....

apologize for the delay. As a courtesy, on April 13, we added 200 Yes2You (Y2Y)
Reward points, which accumulates to a $10.00 reward certificate, to the
customers account. This certificate will be issued, via email, along with any
other accumulated rewards in the month of April, on May 1. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

We have mailed out a gift card for our customer in the amount of $510.00 to the address provided on the claim. Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days.

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I followed the instructions and I called the fraud department. After 15 minutes of phone call, the call got disconnected with no resolution. I called again and had to start from scratch. This time I was accidentally transferred to someone else, who had no idea about what this was about. I had to explained it all over. After 25 minutes of call, I was informed the cards had been cleared and I could place the order again. I tried, but the gift card was rejected. I was finally transferred to someone who told me I need to address this with Citibank ThankYou points, who issued the card to me. This is completely unacceptable. It took Kohl's one week, 4 calls, about 2 or more hours in phone calls to give me this response. And I don't even know if this is the resolution. Will never go back to Kohl's. For your reference, attached is a chat with Kohl's I had yesterday, where they promised the refund asap.

Kohl's Corporate Refund canceled the Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC), which was
initially issued, and instead issued him out a check. As further processing
determined a refund in the amount of $120.29, which they will...

Please contact the manufacturer as they stand behind their one year limited product warranty. As such, we stand behind our previous response and consider this matter resolved.
