schedule when I am not free to deliver the item. Kohls should refund the money
for both of these items immediately, and Kohl’s should give me the option of receiving
the same item in direct exchange for the item I am returning.

We apologize for our customers inconvenience due to the missing item.  While we are glad the item was reordered, we regret to learn it has yet to be credited. Please know, we processed a credit for our customer in the amount of $128.24 back to his Kohl's Charge ending in 1915. He will see this...

credit in an average of seven days. Please also let our customer know, this is the amount that was paid for the item when he originally purchasedit on order #5*0032585.

Our records indicate the Kohls.com order ending in 3878 was submitted during a non-earning period, on November 19. As the order history page incorrectly states the order was submitted on November 20, which was an earning period, we have made the business decision to honor $15.00. As such, 300 Yes2You (Y2Y) Reward points were credited to the account and will be issued, via email, on February 1. Please know this reward will be redeemable through February 28.

[redacted]  Never got it never used it.  If that's true why was I told EVERY time I called after that that the kohl's credit would be mailed to me...in YOUR first response to this complaint YOU stated ti would be mailed to me in 7-10 days.  We both know you just don't want to make good on this.  My mistake was not using a major credit card or I would have had the charge reversed.  I will say this again...I never received a refund for this.  Your customer service is horrible...this is why your sales are down...and this is why I will tell everyone I know and come in contact with to shop elsewhere.

The charges on the customer's charge card were authorizations that went to their charge card company when they hit "Place Order."  A customer's funds will be held for each attempted Kohls.com order, until we are able to systematically verify the order status. The customer's credit card company...

holds these funds; however, these authorizations will drop automatically within several business days. Our records indicate all pending charges have been released from her bank account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

in regards to Order 2891153586. We have processed a full return in the amount
of $327.10 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 0038. Please advise our customer to
allow 3-5 business days to reflect on their credit card account.

We
respectfully decline the request to be issued additional Kohl's Cash, on the
Kohls.com order ending in 2711. Additionally, we are unable to honor any price
adjustments on the Kohls.com order ending in 2495, as this was a Black Friday
doorbuster deal.  Accordingly, we stand behind our previous decision and
consider this matter closed.

I need someone to contact me ASAP so that I can get a clear understanding as to what took place and how to prevent this from happening in the future. There are many different addresses on the order, (one billing and the other where the order is being shipped to) so what address did they send it to on 08/01/16 as they have indicated. Please contact me at [redacted]. Every time I call the fraud department at 1 [redacted] I speak with a representative who immediately transfers me to the "executive office" which only gives the option to leave a voicemail and I have left several messages but no callback received. No one has reached out and called me, nor tried to process the order because those items is what I wanted. I would not be asking for a refund if the after the investigation was complete the order would have just been re-processed and expedited shipping.
