April 19, Kohl's Corporate Refund spoke with the customer and was able to
verify the requested information. However, as the original purchase was made
over 16 months ago, we issued out a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) for the
amount of $149.74, which will be delivered, via mail, in an average of 7-14
business days. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

Furthermore, the system allowed it. I went back and tried another time and used my Kohl cash last, there were no issue this time. So your response was a lie to cover your lack of training.

I called 8555645704 and was told no one could help me that they are not a complaint department. So still no one will talk to me about my complaint nor does anyone talk to me. All along I have asked for corporate to talk to me so they can see what I went through and over a dozen of their Kohls.com employees lied to me and caused me not to have my ring on my wedding day. All I want is to talk to someone high up in the corporation so no one else goes through what I went through

they never did try to help me with the multiple charges and orders...these were all due to the khols workers negligence not my own...they placed the multiple orders which caused multiple charges and im still going to receive 2 of the same orders and im still going to have to wait for my funds back when I return the duplicate order put in by them....

My order was sent to an unknown person, which includes my name, address, and credit card information.  Kohl's has refunded my credit card, but has not responded to my request to provide credit monitoring service for 3 years.  I requested this in my original Revdex.com complaint as well, and there is no mention of it in Kohl's response.  I do not know who received my package, or what that person intends to do with my personal information.  Kohl's should be doing something in efforts to protect me from identity theft as my personal information is now in the hands of someone else.
