We have
reviewed the customer’s incident and feel her concerns are best addressed at
the Store level. The District and Regional Managers have been made aware of her
concerns, and will contact the customer for follow up and resolution.

Though the order received free shipping, surcharges still apply and are listed on the product page. Additional shipping charges apply to some Kohl's items because of size, weight or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with their online order. It appears our customer has reached out to us via a different channel and her issue has been resolved. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

available when the customer visited our store. On occasion, an item may
out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock...

this will not be the case and our policy will now be enforced. Regrettably, we
are unable to accommodate the customer’s request to honor the Kohl's Cash. We

We have reviewed the customer's Kohl's Cash claim. We have processed a credit for the missing Kohl's Cash to the customer's account on 12/07/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on her Kohl’s Charge account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Attached you will see a charge on my credit card for the in-store kiosk order on 8/17/16 as I have stated all along. I never received any sort of information with an order confirmation or email (even though I should have). We have been around and around with Kohl's stating they cannot locate a charge - you will see it attached. Please refer to the over 30 minute phone call I had with a Kohl's supervisor, Earl (reference 160819-010972) on 8/19/16. I was told (and confirmed back to him) that within 24 hours of the call I would get a prepaid shipping label to return the item to Kohl's and would be credited the $12.99. Not surprisingly I never got that email as Earl told me I would. I'm not really quite sure how a business can charge a customer and have no record of it.

this time we have processed a refund for the merchandise....

I understand the company asking for thereciept but I wouldnt have left the clothes had I not been instructed to and I did ask for a reciept and was told none would be givin and now you want to ask for something ive not had since the sart of this ordeal.

apologize for the frustration this has caused our customer. We have canceled
the Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPUS) portion of each order, in accordance
with the Kohls.com Terms and Conditions, and have subsequently credited each
item to the original form of tender. The other items that were...

not scheduled to
be picked up via BOPUS, were shipped to our customer. Once received, our
customer is welcome to return any portion of their order to any Kohl’s store,
for a full refund.

The models are the same, and at the time of the price match, the item was in stock and sold by Walmart (I have the screenshot.) The item has since been sold due to Walmart completely selling out of the in stock item, and has since been replaced by a 3rd party seller.HOWEVER, the point of the conversation, is that YOUR employee advised this was a match and to complete my purchase by calling your customer service number.  It is IN WRITING that he would honor the price, so that is what I would like your company to do, uphold your word, and honor the price.  If there is an email, I can certainly send you the screen shots of the Walmart, in stock item, being sold directly by Walmart, along with your employee confirming the price match via chat.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This issue is not resolved.  Yesterday I received email that was I was going to be issued a refund of 447.06.  I paid 455.18.  So why am I not getting a full refund? This was Kohls error, and a huge hassle. Also, I was charged almost a month ago for the vacuum you never shipped me. Who going to pay the incurred interest?  You say that you value your customers. How come you have not picked up the phone and called me? Can you not dial out like the rest of the Kohls corporation? I don't think Im being unreasonable to want my money back for a item you never sent me. I expect a full refund, and a refund of any incurred interest charges.If somebody at Kohls really cared, they would have picked the phone up and called me. So you can save the "bs" about how you value your customers, and just give me my full refund.

[redacted]My gift card was worth a total of fifty dollars. The order number above was made with a purchase of 26.44. This means that Khols still owes me 23.56. because not only was my gift card worth $50, but I didn't know that they had cancelled my order before I made my second order. I was never given back my money from the first order that they cancelled because of the item being no longer in stock. I am still waiting for this money to be returned to me.  I am dissapointed as a customer and the information they have provided you with.

It's pretty embarrassing for a corporate office to refuse to honor commitments made by its representatives.  What's even worse is when the corporate office refuses to make a situation right and my mom literally walks up to a regular associate in one of your stores afterwards and they take care of part of the problem without question.  The grill has now been price matched and the revised transaction resulted in $20 Kohl's cash being issued instead of the initial $10 of the $50 that the supervisor had promised.  Therefore, my remaining request is as follows: issue a $30 gift card for the cost savings difference that would have occurred in breaking up the orders into 2 (which is what I tried to call back & do), issue a another gift card for $30 for the additional Kohl's cash the supervisor advised I would receive and then didn't, and issue an additional gift card in the amount of at least $25 for the pain and aggravation you've put me through (the $25 you already issued is laughable given how much time I've had to invest and what you'be put me through). Additionally, the corporate office representative Faviola should be spoken to (although my fear is she's the one reading this).  I spoke to employees at one the stores briefly about the situation and they were amazed at her refusal to let me speak to someone above her and said she was likely lying to me by saying if I wrote a letter she'd be the one receiving and reviewing it.

Upon review of our customer Kohls.com Order 4322846247, we do show a return has been processed. A credit in the amount of $40.92 and two credits in the amount of $8.55 have been applied to the Kohl's Charge ending in 7804.

Kohl's stands by it's previous statement. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

06/22/15The Kohl’s Off Aisle Store is a discount store. Unfortunately duplicate merchandise may not be available. The store did properly rectify the matter with offering the exchange. The feedback will be taken into consideration for future changes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I was told I would...

receive a new 30% coupon to replace the expired one in the mail. I would then beable to bring it to the store along with the original receipt and get a refund in the amount of the coupon.   I was very specific and asked if I needed to keep clothes with tags on and bring them to the store I was told NO. I then called the store and spoke with the manager about the information I was given she told me to just go to customer service when new coupon came and they would take care of it.  After waiting a received only 15%(which is less the the 20% available right at the store). I called back spoke with a customer service agent at Kohl’s number and they informed me I had been given wrong info and there was nothing they could do at that point expect given me yes points to go make another purchase which makes no sense at all as I explained I would have just returned my purchase had I been told that from the beginning and never taken the tags off the clothes.  Now I’m out the money and unable to make the return.  Oh and this all started because I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years!!  And was given the coupon as a thank you....not a very good way to show customer appreciation !!

Kohls.com order ending in 3006. As such, on January 18, we refunded it in the
amount of $9.10, which will post to the VISA card ending in 4772 in an average
of seven days. Blue Kohl's Cash in the amount of $6.78...
