 There is no written documentation on Kolh's Cash certificate that reference the 10 day grace period.

apologize for the disappointment. Our records indicate the amount received from
the return was correct. On November 19, the Kohls.com order ending in [redacted] was
purchased in the amount of $60.70. On December 11, the full order was returned
to the Kohl's store in [redacted], MD, and was...

credited for the same amount,
which posted to the American Express card ending in [redacted]. Our records also
indicate Blue Kohl's Cash in the amount of $15.00 was issued in store. However,
as a courtesy, on December 31, we offered an additional $15.00 off a
future Kohls.com order. As such, please contact Kohls.com via phone, at
###-###-####, to receive this credit.

They claimed the owners sold me unqualified kohl's cashes. The kohl's cashes were good when I used online. They were issued by kohl's online when original owners made their online purchase. They said that they would investigate and give me a reply by email. Unfortunately, no response.It is obvious that kohl's does not want to forgive my first wrongdoing and solve the issue. They merely take advantage of my fault and repeat their policy.

We have reviewed our customer's inquiry and have confirmed the reason a Kohl's Merchandise Credit was applied is because the customer paid with majority of her Kohls.com order 4054596431 with gift cards. Our customer charged $3.78 to her Discover card.  The return was handled accordingly....

At this time, we consider this matter closed.

Our records also show a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was processed on 02/01/16.Additionally, we apologize that the product was previously inaccurately listed. "Sorry for lack of customer service" you and your business are disgusting. Package wasn't delivered I had to pick up at the post office. Fed ex was able to track down my package with no assistance from you whatsoever. I want to return the package as it was late. I will not be paying return shipping YOU WILL BE. Disgusting.

again, we removed the old address from the shopping profile. Since we verified
both packages were delivered to the incorrect address, we issued a credit on
