I had continuously contacted that same phone number timesof thoes times I was hung up on prior to being transferred to a supervisorThe other got me no whereJust an endless circleI was never contacted VIA phone, and I only got one cancellation email of which I reached out to customer service and they mentioned the first time that the item was re orderedThe second time I never got a call OR an email and I was required to reach out to find out where my order isApparently lost but no one can assist me in finding where that item is or how I can ensure I get it delivered without them canceling my order and me having to wait 3-weeks to get an answer which is unacceptable! Horrible customer service hereI want an answer and I want my item or compensation for all of the mess of thisI also am now needing to order something else for the replacement for this specific person this gift was for. Credit (KMC) that was mailed outAs such, we consider this matter resolved

The customer is welcome to facilitate a return and refund if
she is not completely satisfied with her purchaseThe customer may return any

Our records show the customer's Kohl's Cash coupon was e-mailed to ***.***, with no notification that the coupon was undeliverableIt was noted by our Kohls.com associate that we would honor a $Kohl's Cash credit on a future Kohls.com orderAt this time we advise the
customer to reply with her new Kohls.com order number, and we will credit her accordingly. Additionally, our records show we have forwarded the customer $opt our coupon request to our Marketing Department for re-issue on 01/23/We advise our customer to allow 10-business days to receive this
