I was actually told on Thursday December 14th that my money would be returnedNothing has been returned. Since then I have made several attempts to contact Kohls to find out why I just couldn't get the item I purchased as it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have time to go find anotherNor will I spend more of my money when there has been no satisfactionI have yet to get a reply. So as of today, there still has not been satisfaction on this whole ordeal

On January 16, our records indicate the customer spoke with Kohl's Corporate Refund Department, where it was stated that a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) will be issued in the amount of $As such, please allow an average of 7-days to receive this, via mail

records indicate the amount of Kohl's Cash received from the return was
correctWhen redeeming Kohl’s Cash, the value of the coupon is prorated across

the majority of the Kohl's Cash was used to pay for thisConsequently, when
the item was returned, the same amount of Kohl's Cash that was used to pay for

valid for days from the date of issueAs such, we respectfully decline the
desired settlement request

By comparison, I had a missing package with Amazon and within two clicks of a mouse after logging in I had a replacement on the way to meIt certainly seems that your internal workings have made this out to be more difficult than it needs to beYou had the opportunity to replace the item several times and never did

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate Kohl's stating they will be in contact with the rebate departmentHowever, it does not bring the matter to a closeI have spent many hours attempting to get a resolution with the rebate department and it has gone nowhereI'm afraid if I accept the resolution for this complaint I will never get a response I would like to get the rebate successfully processed as soon as possibleI've followed all of Kohl's terms and I hope they will honor the rebate on their end.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer
experienced on their recent store visitIt appears our customer is working
directly with an advisor in our Executive offices and we have agreed to mail out
our customer a $gift cardAt this time, we consider this matter
closed

compensation for the incorrect item that was delivered, in the amount of
$32.72, which will post in an average of seven days to our customers VISA card
