After reviewing the provided receipts, we are able to determine that the 10/07/15, and the 10/21/transactions did not earn Kohl's Cash because these purchases were not made during Kohl's Cash earning periods Kohl's registers do not issue Kohl's Cash during non-earning periodsWe are
unable to comply with the customer's request for Kohl's Cash, as she did not earn this promotion. Additionally, we reviewed the customer's concerns regarding her $Kohl's Rewards couponOur records show the customer did indeed redeem this coupon on 10/07/We hope this information is helpful

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.I was very clear in explaining that the Kohl's Cash on both transaction was exactly day laterAs a retailer they should have been forthright in telling me about the opportunity to receive the reward on the very next day and if I decided to shop anyway that would have been my decisionI am on a budget so if I had that information I would have shopped a day laterAs far as the $coupon I was very clear to express my concern that if the coupon had already been used then why would they send a duplicate only to humiliate and embarrass me the customer while in line making a purchaseAs a department store they can't possibly think that the customer has the ability to scan a coupon to determine if it is valid or not all I could see was that it would not expire until November 2, I do not believe any of these actions are justified because as a customer I should have known about the sale that would occur one day later and I should not have received a duplicate coupon of something that had been previously usedI am not satisfied with their answer there is absolutely no excuseI also contacted Kohl's customer service and was told that they are aware of their glitch in the system in regards to these internet coupons which are causing confusion for the customer as a result they need to stand by their faults and do something worthwhile about it because no one should ever have to experience what I experienced on that dayI was embarrassed and humiliated to say the least

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, This is all I was trying to accomplish with the first four phone calls and I am still very disappointed that I had to file the complaint in order to get the response I needed and was only fair to meI would highly recommend that Kohl's take a very close look at the way things were handled for myself and apparently others in regards to their online serviceDue to the fact that this has been such a nightmare for me, I still do not intend to use Kohl's.com for home delivery ever again, however, I do accept the resolution offered.

We have processed a credit back to the customer's MasterCard ending in 0691, for Kohls.com order #3571180198, on 11/04/We advise our customer to allow 7-business days for the credit to appearWe apologize fro any inconvenience

We apologize for any misinformation the customer received
regarding their non-receipted returnOur Corporate Refund Department was able
to locate two out of the five items from the customer’s non-receipted return
Our Corporate Refund Department adjusted the refund to what was paid out
of
pocket for those two itemsThe remaining three items were left at the price
reflected on the return receipt, because we were unable to locate these
transactionsA Kohl's Merchandise Credit was issued for the two adjusted items
and the three other items in order to keep Kohl's CashWe advise the customer
to reach out to this department directly for any additional assistanceThey
can be reached at ###-###-####Due to higher call volume, customer may
experience longer hold timesWe apologize for any inconvenience

apologize for the disappointmentAs the original purchase was made over
