Upon review of our customer's concern, it does show on our end we have
advised the customer on numerous occasions that we can assist our customer in
placing a new order and applying the $or the customer can place it and we
would still honor her a credit

We have processed a return for our customer's Order *** and will be mailing out a Kohl's Merchandise Credit for $We also emailed our customer a $Kohl's CashPlease advise our customer to allow 7-business days to receive via USPS

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am a single Mother I was only able to get a few things for my children for Christmas and the thought that my order that I places on December would not get here in time ruined my Christmas with worry I spend ours on the pone with Kohl's and fex ex and all they did was blame each other and neither could tell me where or wen my package would come Meanwhile kohl's is advertizing all over the place that they would get people their gifts by Christmas guaranteed and that was a WEEK before Christmas! My life is difficult enough and Kohl's made it much, much more difficult
