When I received a request via the Revdex.com complaint system from Kohl's to handle my complaint/situation outside the Revdex.com complaint system, I explicitly said I didn't want to do that. My reason for that was that it allows the company to hide its specific actions/handling of customer service issues from the Revdex.com complaint system, thereby keeping the Revdex.com somewhat out of the loop as well as other consumers who might benefit from seeing Kohl's treatment of customers. It is for that very reason I have uploaded, as an attachment, my email exchanges with *** ***, the Kohl's executive customer service agent who was assigned to, but didn't approximate handling my case. What I ordered from Kohl's was this: https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-1767989/pacific-coast-feather-4-in-queen-quilt... What I received from Kohl's is this: http://www.pacificcoast.com/luxury-eurorest-mattress-topper/MV-43394.html?referr... Note: I've also added a 2nd attachment showing the Pacific coast EuroRest I received from Kohls.com for the order I placed. Now, anyone that is not blind can see that what is pictured on Kohls.com is NOT what I received from Kohls.comfor the order I placed. What Kohls.com advertises is the Pacific Coast Queen Quilt Top Featherbed whereas what I received is the Pacific Coast EuroRest, link already provided (see also 2nd attachment) . Now, after providing Kohl's *** *** with the image of what I received from Kohls.com (Pacific Coast EuroRest) vswhat is pictured on the website (Pacific Coast "Queen Quilt Top Featherbed") he gave the following response: From 11/24/2017: "Hi Mr***, After extensive research, we have concluded that what there was no difference with what you purchased from Kohls.com and what you received." We've already established that I received the Pacific Coast EuroRest & what Kohls.com is advertising is the Pacific Coast Queen Quilt Top Featherbed. I don't know how anyone could look at the image of the product I received from Kohls.com which clearly says "Euro Rest" and has dark-colored stitching around the edges and conclude that what I received from Kohls.com is what I purchased given that the picture on the Kohls.com website shows NO dark-colored stitching and is clearly named the Queen Quilt Top Featherbed. *** *** refused to acknowledge what I received from Kohls.com was different than what is advertised. That is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE. So, I called up Kohls.com customer service & spoke to a manager who acknowledged that what Kohls.com is selling is the Pacific Coast Queen Quilt Top Featherbed NOT the Pacific Coast EuroRest. *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***

I am very upset with the vague "we are sorry" yes they are sorry! Their "offer" to replace the tv was two options one was a tv for $1,in which I had to pay an additional $(which I do not have on my credit card) and they would reimburse me, they would not give me a temporary credit increase to pay this out rangurious change and I was told NO ONE can change the price of the tv my only option was to put the total of the $1,299.99 PLUS tax on ONE form of payment and then they would refund me $OR they would sell me a inch LG tv for the price off the inch LG tv I bought and here is the killer on that oneWith this inch I also bought a inch LG tv for $they wanted me to be happy paying $MORE for a SMALLER tv!!! Outrageous! This whole experience has been a nightmare and Kohl's has the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with!!! I mean really is it fair to say they gave me a "replace offer" when it was gonna cost me MORE moneyAs of today December 13th at 2:05pm I DONT HAVE A REFUND OF ANY KIND!!!!! I also have to include I called the "office of the president" and left a message where I got a vague, sorry excuse of an email, no return phone callThis company is HORRIBLE!!!!!!
