[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am not asking for any monetary reimbursement, just the fulfillment of my order. Kohl's mismanagement of their inventory led to this issue. If they had notified me when the order was placed that they were out of stock I could have shopped elsewhere for that merchandise. As outlined in my original complaint, Kohl's informed me of the cancellation well after all the Black Friday sales at all retailers had concluded. Additionally, as outlined in my original complaint, the $Kohl's Cash that I used expired on 11/24/17, the date they cancelled my order; therefore, it has expired. If I had known my order was going to be cancelled I would have spent my Kohl's Cash on a different item. Also, the $Kohl's Cash was part of the sale and since it was cancelled, no Kohl's Cash was issued I'm willing to compromise on the timeframe if that helps. I'd be willing to wait until the Holiday conclude for the fulfillment of my order I would like Kohl's to sell me a TB PSfor the sale price of $199, and issue me $in Kohl's Cash which was part of that sale

Hi,Please escalate this case to a Kohls corporate refund manager/director, as I have order #s, attached, that substantiate a refund back to my credit card VISA or Kohls Charge or a refund checkThe Nunn Bush Alex shoes are manufactured by manufacturer, Nunn Bush, exclusively for KohlsAs this item was not able to purchased elsewhere and they accepted the three pairs of shoes at their Menifee, CA location, in addition to their return receipt given to me for the return stating 'CORP Refund', they should not be allowed to redefine what a 'refund' isApparently, their definition of a refund is a merchandise credit, check or credit back to a Kohls charge card??? Please send them the Google definition of 'Refund', please: "pay back (money), typically to a customer who is not satisfied with goods or services bought; a repayment of a sum of money, typically to a dissatisfied customer."All shoes were placed via online orders using the same name and email address over the past 1-yearsAnd they (KOHLS) are now deleting customer purchasing transaction data more than a mere months old??? I can only attach up to (4) attachments, I can send the return receiptThank you for your help in obtaining a resolution for this frivolous matter

We have processed a return for the missing items from Kohls.com order #on 12/29/We advise our customer to allow 10-business days for the credit We apologize for any inconvenience
