Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This entire complaint began because Kohl's would not honor the 20% discount they originally quotedA 20% discount was exactly what I should have received from the beginningThis last response from Kohl's states that they would offer 20% off a future order for meI would absolutely have accepted that, as that has more value than $However, I just contacted customer service to place an order and was told by the customer service representative (his name was David) that the 20% discount had been denied by the companyHe then placed me on a minute long hold (more wasted time) and offered me a 15% discount.Now, this complaint is about more than advertising and fraud by Kohl's; It is now about lying, cheating, and stealing from a customerIt is absolutely unacceptable for you to tell the Revdex.com that you will honor the 20% that should have been honored initially, and then lie to the customer and not offer this at allI cannot express my dissatisfaction enoughI have wasted so much time on this entire situationI only hope this somehow benefits other customers in the future as it is showing the true character of the companyI have shopped here for so many years and given Kohl's my money and business over so many other storesIt would be difficult to truly put my full disappointment into words Regards, [redacted]

We apologize for the disappointmentOn November 20, 2017, Kohl's Cash was earned on a Kohls.com order and redeemed on a later Kohls.com order, on November 27, Consequently, Kohl's Corporate Refund Department reduced the refund by a partial amount of the redeemed Kohl's CashFurther, the return receipt does indicate that, "further processing will determine your final refund"As such, we stand behind this decision and respectfully decline the desired settlement request

It is their error not mine and I dispute their decision In addition, I spoke to the next kohls representative and I was told that they would pick up the merchandise at the incorrect address, return it to kohls and they would credit my charge account which has not been done This is just bad business!Sincerely, [redacted]

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In May 2014, I ordered a converse shoe, order # [redacted] , the other never got delivered because it got lost according to Kohls customer service after I had made several call to them to inquireIn June 11, I ordered and paid for the same shoe with order # [redacted] to be delivered at the [redacted] StoreI was at the store on June to pick up the shoe and realized it was the wrong sizeI returned the shoe to the store the same day and ordered the correct size via phone call to customer service (from the kohls store)The order number for this is [redacted] As you can see from the attached statement for June, there are three different purchases that matched the three order numbers mentioned aboveI am yet to receive the refund for order number # [redacted] which was returned in storeThe one for order number [redacted] was never delivered because it was lost in the mailI think kohls screwed up the return and swapped themAs you can see from the statement for payment and credit, they labeled # [redacted] as a return to the store (plus shipping of 7.53)This order was lost and never returned to store, the other that was returned to the store was # [redacted] Also, please note that prices are different for each other because the shoe price reduced due to sale and I had coupons to use for the last order.This matter is dragging forever, I spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve this, each time I explain to them, they apologize and admit their mistake and promise to credit my account but they never do Regards, [redacted]
