Kohl's stands by its Electronic Returns PolicyOur customer can contact Fit bit directly, since she states it is defectiveThe warranty for Fit bit starts the date of activationThe customer is able to pick up her merchandise at her local Kohl's store where she left themIn order to pick up, she must show an ID/DL to pick upWe are unable to process a return or offer an exchange
