We apologize for the disappointmentOn January 20, we refunded the missing item in the amount of $21.20, which will post in an average of seven days to the Kohl's Charge card ending in Blue Kohl's Cash in the amount of $was also issued, via email, with a redemption period of days

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with online Order A credit was applied in the amount of $to our customer's Amex card and an additional credit of $will be applied separately, making the total refund amount $Please advise our customer to allow 3-business days for it to reflect on their credit card

For security reasons we are unable to comment on why an order was cancelled; however, common reasons an order may cancel may be due to; how the customer attempted to pay for the order, the location to which they’ve chosen to have it shipped, and even the length of time the items have been sitting in the shopping cart prior to check outAs such, we consider this matter resolved
