Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I am letting Kohl's.com know I have contacted Kohl's Store in [redacted] , I spoke to one of the managers and she offered to order the chairs again, have one of her employees put it together for me in the store, take the chair from Kohl's.com back, credit my account, then sell me the chair again and take an additional 30% off This manager was AMAZING, I should of gone to them from the beginning instead of wasting my time with Kohls.comKohls.com should be ashamed of themselves and their lousy, non friendly serviceThank god for facebook, instagram, twitter and all other social media making it easier for us consumers to voice our bad experiences with these unfriendly department stores [redacted]

Since I had paid with Kohl;s credit card and I do have the receipt for it, why they can not send me a check, why should I accept the store credit? I do not wish to do business with them anymore
