Upon review of our customer's order, the customer stated that FedEx denied her claimKohl's is not responsible for the items since FedEx confirms delivery of her packageShe would need to contact FedEx and the customer might want to consider filing a police report as well

We are more than happy to research our customer's concern, but more information is needed• Please have the customer confirm the resolution they are seeking, the customer has returned $in merchandise from Kohls.com Order 9046994056, which would cause her to lose all of her Kohl's Cash
