Our gift registry contains the bride and groom's names, the date of the event, the state of the event, the desired items, the quantity of each item requested and the quantity of each item purchasedKohl's does not collect customer's private information such as their name, with each gift registry item purchased Currently, we are unable obtain information from the registry on the name of the customer that purchased each gift itemWe thank the customer for the feedback, and we apologize for any disappointmentWe are unable to accommodate the customer’s request for a store credit

The return was processed on December 28, Please allow up 3-business days for it to appear on our customer's Kohl's account

We have processed a return for Kohls.com order on 12/24/Additionally, we are not able to reactivate Kohl's Cash, therefor me have processed a credit for the coupons back to the customer's accountWe advise our customer to allow 10-business days for the creditsWe apologize for any inconvenience

I did Not request refund , the error was on kohls part I asked for items to be reshipped and not for creditBut kohls said they are uncapable to process the reshipment of my orderYes I did use kohls cash with anticanticipation that I would receive the order, for kohls to penalize me for their error is poor customer service on their partI am including of my email responses requesting all I wanted was the items I ordered
