We apologize for our customers disappointmentThe outstanding orders were successfully delivered via UPS, and FedEx on October 9, and The jeans were credited back to our customer on October 11, in the amount of $12.75, to her VISA card ending in 4961, which will post in an average of seven daysWe respectfully decline reimbursement for the remaining orders; however, we have mailed out a $Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) to our customer, as an invitation to shop with us again
