Our records indicate we received the customer complaint through another channel and have addressed her concernsOur research shows the mis-shipped order was not due to a Kohl's errorThe customer has been informed we are unable to accommodate her request for a refund

On April 19, Kohl's Corporate Refund spoke with the customer and was able to verify the requested informationHowever, as the original purchase was made over months ago, we issued out a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) for the amount of $149.74, which will be delivered, via mail, in an average of 7- business daysAs such, we consider this matter resolved

Upon review of our customer's concern, it does show our customer was refunded for the canceled orders, and the gift card numbers provided do have a balance on themDoes the customer have their gift cards in their possession?

Our customer has reached out to use through another channelIt appears that we did apply a $credit to the customer's Kohl's Charge ending in and resolved our customer's concern

We apologize for the disappointment. As the address was inadvertently changed, on December 4, we credited $33.79 in compensation for the missing items, which will post to the VISA card ending in 3943 in an average of seven days. Additionally, we removed the old address from the shopping... profile to prevent any address rerouting issues from happening again. Lastly, since unfortunately the items are now out of stock, we would not be able to process a reorder.

Instead of requesting compensation then I would like for someone higher up than an associate at their customer service line to reach out to me

We apologize for the customer’s confusion. There are very specific dates that customers can either earn or redeem Kohl’s Cash. These dates are listed on our advertisements; and when offered, on our Kohls.com landing page. We cannot generate a Kohl’s Cash certificate on a purchase that was not made... during an earning period.
