I have done as requested: For the first chair, Kohl’s should send me the legs and hardware for the item that was incorrect on original shipmentFor the second item, Kohl’s should send a deliverperson to pick up the item when I am available to deliver the item to the deliverperson (i.e., not on some unknown schedule when I am not free to deliver the itemKohls should refund the money for both of these items immediately, and Kohl’s should give me the option of receiving the same item in direct exchange for the item I am returning

We will be mailing our customer a Kohl's Merchandise Credit, please advise our customer to allow 7-business days to receive

Our records show the customer has received her applicable credit. Additionally, the customer was advised the merchandise was no longer available via Kohls.com. We are glad to hear the customer was able to locate her desired merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience.

After reading the complaint Kohls contacted me and approved the refund for the item in the form of store creditI am satisfied with the outcome but resent the process and being treated as a criminalIn the future I hope that Kohls will give customers the benefit of the doubt and realize that most people are honest

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Again, please note that I have the wallet application, did try to have the cashier in question use it to allocate my approximate $left on the Kohl's Cash Reward Money for the deviled egg dish to no avail I also offered her my original online order form whereby I was able to use $towards men's swim trunks and tried to get it pulled up that way - to no avail Finally we got out my year old Kohl's Reward Card to see if we can obtain it that way - to no avail So in every aspect, I did what I was supposed to do as a loyal customer trying to use her 'Kohl's Cash Reward for being a loyal customer Yet, I see that Kohl's doesn't really care nor will address ANY of these issues In fact, they haven't addressed even one of them Instead they told me to download the 'Wallet' (obviously they hadn't even read my complaint as it was stated quite clearly within the text that I had indeed tried to use the 'wallet' application) I find it very curious that they told me the answer to my question was to indeed use that wallet next time and all will be well YET, I clearly stated that we HAD tried to use the wallet and all was not well, therefore it is about the principle of business, customer appreciation and just basic courtesy.Again, this is not about the measly $or the deviled egg dish This is about a year old loyal customer who spends $200-$per month in the Kohl's stores and being so soundly dismissed, unread, unaddressed and rudely treated by their Revdex.com CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY/MAN Can you imagine how they treat customers with issues that don't file a Revdex.com complaint? I shudder to think about it.I will NEVER ACCEPT this resolution and should Revdex.com accept it I will have to live with it But I never will think this is the kind of treatment or resolution any customer should get after an issue that has turned into a debacle and a Kohls customer service joke Regards, [redacted]

We removed the $ Yes2You (Y2Y) Reward from the January period and will repost this reward in the February earning periodThis will ensure that a $reward is issued, via email, on March 1, which will be redeemable through March
