We have mailed out a Kohl's Merchandise Credit in the amount of $8.55 on May 11, 2016 and applied a credit of $67.27 to her Kohl's Charge ending in 4015. Please allow 3-5 business... for it to post to your Kohl's Charge and 7-10 business days to receive the Kohl's Merchandise Credit via mail.

The charges on the customer's charge card were authorizations that went to their charge card company when they hit "Place Order."
