Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I do not accept the company's response that the item was out of stock because this is not the case The item was sold to me on 11/and took days until it was considered to be "sold out" by the company on 11/in an email This decision took days to make, not because the item was out of stock, but because Kohl's had no intention to sell it to me The item was available for sale less than hours after my cancellation for being "sold out." My cancellation was at 11:10PM on 11/and them item was in stock before 4:PM the next day as previously attached to this complaint For all I know the item was available for sale at 12:00AM on 12/1, as I checked their site as soon as I returned from work and opened the cancellation email It is not fathomable that it takes Kohl's hours to recognize that the item is out of stock that it sold me, but then it has the item available in wholesale quantities hours later Kohl's knew that it had the item in stock for 12/at the time that it sent me the cancellation email It was dishonest to claim the item is out of stock when it is preparing the new increased price at that very moment The item has not been sold out at any point between 11/and today, but instead the company wished to sell it for higher price than agreed upon It is not acceptable that the item is listed for sale for $and sold to me at that price and then cancelled simply so it can be sold for a markup The stock magically available from the company on 12/should be used to fulfill my order that was cancelled on 11/at 11:10PM This is because the stock from 12/is the stock of cancelled orders [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] .I spoke with the admin for the President of Kohls, as I had also sent an email to their CEO, and we talked about my complaint and it was resolved by kohls reshipping the item that was never deliveredI asked her why she could reship it and the CSR's could not, as that was my initial request on resolving my complaint, and I was informed "I don't know why they would have said that as the item was in stock." The item has been reshipped with a delivery estimate of March 30,Should I not receive it, again, I will be sure to notify you Regards, [redacted]

I am continuing to be the victim of Kohl's unwillingness to do the right thing and to have sent the right item In short, in my communications with them before the Revdex.com and now with the Revdex.com they have been not been the least contrite and have offered no reasonable solution to this problem A good company would have gone out of their way to have made the customer feel wanted and respected Especially if they looked at their records, someone who was a good customer of their's until this point.I renew my plea of this complaint for them to own up for this mistakeNow since the item that was allegedly in stock is out of stock, I ask for compensation for the turmoil that they have put me through I thoroughly and emphatically reject their response to this issue Regards, [redacted]

We have verified the following information and have verified Kohl's Cash was emailed to our customer to the following email [redacted] One was issued in the amount of $on January 05, The 2nd Kohl's Cash was issued on December 23, for $to the same emailBoth of these Kohl's Cash have been usedA full refund was issued for both itemsAt this time, we consider this matter closed

We regret the customer did not receive their merchandise in the anticipated time frame. Our records show a refund for the shipping cost was processed back to the customer's Master Card ending in [redacted] on 01/13/16. Additionally, the tracking information shows the order was delivered on 01/18/16. We... apologize for any inconvenience.

Our customer was sent $36.00 on April 11, 2017 to [redacted] ***. We will reprocess a new $36.00 VISA Prepaid card to the address on this complaint, and will be mailed out within 15 business days.. We apologize for any frustration this has caused the customer.
