For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Kohls is asking for the SKUs (again). Already provided all info in my letter, email and the live chat with Kohls. Here it is again... I ordered TWO BLACK Vera Wang tights, two pair - SKU on the invoice says 89028994. I ordered two pairs of Black tights. Kohls sent me two pairs of GREY tights. I need Kohls to send me the correct items (2 pair of black tights). I also need Kohls to provide me a return shipping label (at their expense) to mail the wrong items back. I want the wrong items picked up from my porch (at Lohls expense amd by Kohls setting up a UPS pickup from my porch. I shouldn't have to drive to UPS AND I shouldn't have to drive to Kohls to exchange these. This is Kohls error and they need to fix it. I am so unhappy with Kohls service. They have replied to me in email twice, asking me to "cooperate by coming into a store to exchange". Not doing that. Kohls needs to fix their mistake, take accountability and send me what I ordered a month ago!!!
