Review: On Nov 23 2015 I signed up with Mopro and on the 25th I read that they would take my website, move it to their server and that they would then own the site and if I ever wanted to stop working with them I would lose the entire website. On Nov 26th I wrote Mopro an email saying I did not want to use their services due to this ownership policy. I heard nothing back so I wrote a 2nd email and received a response form [redacted] (supervisor) saying they were sorry for the delay and that he would credit my [redacted] right a way. I just checked my credit card statement and I see that they have charged my [redacted] card a second time and have not issued the promised credit. Today I emailed the same supervisor requesting that they stop billing me and credit my [redacted] and he says there is nothing he can do. I emailed him again and he repeated there is nothing that can be doneDesired Settlement: I would like the $298.00 credited to my account.

I would like others to know about this companies dishonest behavior

Review: It is this simple we ask for a service. Payed for it and they never provided any sort of service. We have all the invoices and e-mails. (which we will provide if it is necesary).They drag out the service, they send us the wrong samples and they never bother to put the right information(like our phone no. in the website)?? We cancel the service in September and they still charged us for October and November. We complain and they said they where going to refund us 60%. It never happened.Desired Settlement: We want what was promised the reefund but for 100%.

This company offers many good features, however they fail in the execution part of it. It's been now almost 4 months and easily several dozens of emails sent to the Mopro team requesting to updates on features that are not working, all we get a different tech rep we have been dealing with approximately 7 different reps. They all seem to follow a script that says " Nice chatting with you. The email have been sent to the development team and I also got the upper management involve. I will give you a ring tomorrow with the updates." Last I heard from them with this same text was March 31st and never called back or emailed me. They do make sure charges are made in a timely manner! They sell you on they have a team off 200 and not a month went by and one service rep says to me that hey are having problems because they only have 6 people on their team.

I received a phone call followed by a review of their sample websites, and an online contract, which I signed. But I have not received any service from them. My websiteis non-existent. There is no communication from them. I have lost nearly $1,200. The website I had with my previous developer is also gone.

Review: We met Mopro at a trade show in the beginning of 2014. They did an excellent job selling us on their product and web services. We were excited. They offered a discount to be paid upfront however.. So we decided to do it. We paid them $4775 on 3/3/14. Fastest money I ever lost.

We thought everything was going to be very easy.. after all, that was alot of what they sold us on was their expertise making everything simple for a business owner. We told them we liked our current website, but wanted them to make it mobile friendly. They sent over the web design they put together and it was completely different. Featuring products we don't even install or sell. I wasn't worried however.. I revisited with them about what we were after.. They agreed to make the changes. That was about the last of it really.. We paid some phone tag.. I made a big push again at the start of 2015 to get something done to get us mobile friendly.. nothing..

I finally asked for our money back if we couldn't get anything done. They reassured me it would get done.. then.. nothing. I started calling.. leaving messages. No one would call back. Then I decided enough was enough.. I asked for a full refund. I was told that would have to be a managers decision. They would call me. They never did. I called back.. never able to speak to anyone able to make any decisions on the account. I finally got very firm with them and was offered $500 back. I asked them to please let me know how they came up with this amount. They said they would email me about it. I never received anything. I said I was not OK with getting $500 back out of nearly $5000 when I had received nothing from them of any value and they had refused to get going on it. They then offered me $1000 and wanted me to sign off that I was happy and wouldn't say anything online or negative about them. I refused so they have refunded nothing.

They used the sorry we have had alot of turnover etc... but not offered to refund my $. Id steer clear.Desired Settlement: A full refund and an apology. Please don't do business this way with anyone else. I wouldn't be in this situation had I not paid upfront. What a "discount" I got! These guys are preying on small businesses across America with hard working folks.
