I purchased a new couch set that was delivered damagedThey sent a repair tech who said to replace because it was brand new and shouldn't be damagedWell no new couches in stock so they offer me a reselection, which means take back my brand new BLUE couches that I purchased due to repainting and redecorating to coordinate with Blue couchesSo no I want my couchesOh wait after several attempts to ask for fixingI was informed we will give you $I don't want that so I went to store After a wasted trip to meet with the store manager, Jason, in the Riverside showroom to supposedly have a technician scheduled for service to have a rude customer service rep call today stating I needed to make a decisionI say yes I'm waiting for a service appointmentShe calls someone?? And comes back to tell me sorry couch can't be fixed and we will offer you $60, wthThat's how you take care of your customers sell them damaged goods and lie over n over so eventually they will stop arguing n take the $I will never shop at Mor furniture again n completely advise against spending your money here!

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away! Too bad I couldn't give them ZERO stars! Below you'll see the letter I sent to Mor's corporate office! I just wanted to express my serious dissatisfaction with my purchase at MorApproximately yrs ago we purchased two sofas, a corner unit and a complete set of dining tables and chairsImmediately we had issues with the dining setThe tops were made of granite, were unsealed and seriously watermarkedIt took weeks to resolve this issueNow, years later, one of the sofas has a back with the material splitting right down the middleNot on a seam, but in a low stress area right on its backThe sofa is covered in "bonded vinyl".according to the salesman would wear better and longer than leatherWhen I went to the Tigard Oregon store to ask for help I was promptly told that there was nothing they could doYour corporate offices confirmed that, due to the warranty lasting only a yearI purchased, and was told I had extended warranties on all the furniture I boughtThe store manager said it ONLY covered the tables and wouldn't cover upholstery anyway Is this the kind of inferior merchandise Mor sells? Sofas that last two years? This is so obviously defective and inferior craftsmanship I'm stunned that Mor can offer me no assistanceYour employees made me feel as though this was my fault and even tried to insinuate suchI believed in your store, service and merchandiseI thought you offered a quality line of productsThis was just cheap and inferior material and no one wants to admit itPlease be aware that if we cannot come to some arrangements on helping me with this I will NEVER purchase anything from Mor againI will also make evert effort to contact consumer agencies, local news services and internet resources to reiterate my dissatisfaction and story! This is no way to treat your customers SHAMEFUL! Only years on furniture that is hardly used! Maybe you should advertise it as "disposable"? I threw away several thousand dollars on misinformation and poor quality merchandise The store managers in Tigard are absolutely NO help and could care less once the sale is made!
