THE SAN MARCOS LOCATION IS AWFUL!!!! In I bought my first house and went to Mor furniture to buy some furniture a few years backEveryone in there is a hustler and unless they can force you into spending money you don't matterNonetheless I bought furniture and had it delivered to my houseA person came out to fix something and left screws all over my bed room floorConsequently my year old stepped on one and cut her foot openI called in and a credit to the store was issued to my accountTo my knowledge it was supposed to be $I recently found out that they changed it to $without me knowingI had been back numerous times trying to use my credit and every time the rude sales people tell me its not in the systemI finally talked to corporate a few weeks ago and got it straightened out, MIND YOU WITH ONLY $NOT THE ORIGINAL $I go into the store to make a purchase along with my two small children and my mother and the sales man was awfulNo one greets you when you walk in the doorWhen they finally talk to you they have an attitude and want to rush you through the storeI have two small kids so there is no rushingI found couches that I fell in love with and told the salesman I need a minute to think about what I am going to doHe was pushy and rude and ultimately I decided to just use my credit to get a mattress cover and a bed frame for my new bedAnything to use that $to never have to go back there againOnce he found out he was making NO MONEY off me (mind you this was due to his attitude I was ready to spend $on couches) he threw my receipt on the table and walked away without another wordDidn't tell me when to pick my items up didn't say thank you or good bye or anythingI finally left and decided I will go the half a mile down the street to Jeromes to find some furnitureAt least there they treat you with respectI could literally go on and on for hours about how disgusted I am with this store but I will end it here, as I already tell all my friends and family to NEVER shop here EVER!!!

I purchased a sectional couch along a patio set and tables months ago .I purchased the month warranty for leather protection At months my couch started Flaking and peeling on one section of the sectional I contacted Mor and they said its outside of warranty and wear and tear I want to share these photos with others because I spent 3,to have a couch I can't even keep due to the embarrassment of how it looks No manager ever will return my call or try to resolve with me This couch has a defect I have never seen this happen to anyone and all in

Advertised a dining room set for a price and when you are ready to buy, the charge is a lot more because they say the chairs that are shown with the table are actually a lot more, if you want the original price, the chairs are other cheaper, not even matching what you thought you were buyingThat is called bait and switchedThey did not even apologizeThey are trying to rip off the unsuspecting customer
