I believe it was the year when I visited their office on the 2nd floor of this location and attempted to buy a life insurance policy at this agency and they refused to sell a policy to me

I am a State Farm customer for over years on a home that I own The home suffered huge amounts of damage, some from a hailstorm that my tenant had not reported and some from neglect Other damage was not wear and tear and was quite extensive The tenant had an unauthorized dog which defecated on the carpet They also painted over woodwork and that was not authorized Giant holes in the plaster, damage to a subfloor, many broken windows, holes punched into doors I have to replace exterior doors too due to damage The basement was trashed and cement was thrown down the laundry tubs, destroying them The carpeting is not able to be cleaned as I had a professional company assess the damage It all has to be ripped out I feel my tenant vandalized my property and my insurance company has failed me I paid over $20,in insurance for this property over the years

This starts back in March where I was offered a free roadside assistance service for months and then when I use it I was later charged in and then later when I file a claim for someone hitting me on the expressway and driving away I did a police report and found out how much would it be to get it fixed and I found out it wasn't that much so I paid for it with my taxes and come to find out that that the claims are still hold against me even though I called State Farm Auto Insurance back and cancel the auto claim

Have a current and Active policy, I requested State farm to summit Federal Insurance Filling To the Department of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in order to be Complaint with state and Federal Laws and regulations, I have waited very patiently for months for them to complete this simple request and they responded that they simply will NOT summit and Filling because they said "They are not obligated by any law to do so"
