I was in a car and hit by a truck on the freewayThe person who hit my car had State Farm InsMy teenage son and small dog, in her crate, were also in the carI was the only one who had some injuries, thankfully, although my show dog was pregnant and later lost a puppyBut the person in the claims dept that was to handle the claim Nathaniel ***, was very rude and condescending to meHe interrupted me several times while trying to discuss my medical problemsHe told me what my injuries were, although I had sent him an MRI and copies of my DrnotesHe then refused to pay for my medical billsI tried to talk with his manager Adam *** to no availHe didn't call me backMy medical insurance agent tried to call them also and they refused to call him back as well
I called State Farm to complain about the way that I was treated and and they said that there was nothing they could do but forward the complaint to Adam *** who wouldn't call me back in the first place

I had insurance with this company for 7+ years to find out I have been paying way too much for my policies, and my insurance kept going upI will be canceling my renters as soon as it hits the renewal period ever since I took my auto policies elsewhere my bill has been inaccurate and its really annoying when you cant talk to the insurance company, you can only talk to your agent who has to call the insurance company to find out for you it's just a big run around they are great if you like to pay an extra $a month

This insurance hiked over 100$ in a year when I have no accidents or moving violations I'm being penalized for the rest of the states terrible drivingShame on you state farm!

Statefarm home owners insurance - the worse ever DO NOT believe their Commercials They pass you around and the claim persons assigned to your case NEVER call you back They pass you around to avoid paying for what they should take responsibility forThey make excuses for you to pay your deductible over and overYou are better off with other insurances for sure

State Farm Bank - has violated x USC by continuing collection activity after a cease and desist and USC by failing to report complete and accurate information to credit reporting bureausThey have also failed to provide written proof of debt requested in correspondence sent to the company via FDCPA letters and CFPB complaints for not responding to our requests

I have home and auto insurance through state farmI inquired about coverage from a roof post wind damage that left the entirety of roof doneI was told by my agent that it was not covered under my home insurance planI went ahead and had the roof repaired on my own and paid for the expensive myselfLater I found out it was covered and Dan Stephens submitted claim to have the roof reimbursed it was denied due to lack of documentation and proof of damage was submittedBoth pictures and letter from contractor were submitted to back up claimI did not have more evidence due to being told the roof was not covered so I did not see the need to take pictures to submit a claim

We had * house fire on December 20, At present, we are living in a double wide on our property while the home is being restored

On 5/30/2017, I signed an annual renters insurance contract with agent Dustin Mireles of State Farm for an amount of $I paid the amount in full on that dayI have the copy of the contractIn early April 2018, I was contacted by agent Ray Scott of State Farm, suggesting that the amount that I had to pay is $146, i.eI owe State Farm +$His assistant explained that the amount I was quoted was lowerHowever, $is not the quoted amount, this is the amount listed on the contractHow can State Farm increase the price of insurance premium listed on the contract, when i) no claim has been filed and ii) no change to the policy has been made? I never received answers to these questions, and the agent just repeated that I owe this amountHe also stated that my annual insurance policy ends on April 25, while I believe the actual expiration date should be 5/30/
I consider the practices that State Farm follows fraudulent and unethical

Due to lack of service from Chance Perry State Farm Agent, I attempted to cancel all policies with his office on separate occasions I have e-mail back up of notice being sent the initial time State Farm should have records of my calling their corporate customer service lines the following two occasions

I spoke with the girl named Emily last month because my payday was a day after my auto draft and as a courtesy she removed it for that payment but somehow she took it off completely and I got my bill in the mail saying I owe $due to $for policy changes my Statefarm agent is saying its for two months payment I spoke with the billing center and the $is due to them removing my auto pay I did not ask for it to be removed permanentlyI also made the payment on time but now the billing department says I owe months because of the changes I didn't request
