Request reimbursement for PlatePass and Cab expensesThis is in conjunction with rental offered by State Farm while my vehicle was being inspected

I received a rental car while my vehicle was being inspectedI incurred in expenses in the process of having a rental, which I'd like to be reimbursed
1) Cab from my house to the closest Hertz location: $
2) PlatePassIt is a service that allows use of the rental in Toll HighwaysThe tolls itself were paid by me, no problem thereI'm requesting the reimbursement of the service only, since I wouldn't have to pay it if I was driving my car: $
I can provide receipts of Cab, a Hertz slip explaining the use of PlatePass and how much it costs, and the debit of PlatePass in my credit card

On December 19th I called to add a vehicle to my insurance I was informed that due to my teens each being involved in an accident that they would be cancelling my insurance in January I told them to go ahead and cancel the insurance and put a stop on future withdrawls from my account I then switched to Progressive and paid a premium with them State Farm went ahead and still took a payment out of my account of $on December 30th I didn't catch it right away because it was days later than the typical withdraw on the 28th of each month I have called multiple times about a refund I am told that it is still being "processed" I can't get any specific information and am getting the run around $is A LOT of money for a family of This has put us in greater hardship and I now have bills that are being delayed I have late fees that wouldn't have been incurred if the money was in my account The stop payment should have been put into effect on December 19th

EVERY TIME I try to login I am told that my password is incorrect Then when I request to reset my password I NEVER receive the email link to reset my password I ALWAYS have to call State Farm to reset my password IT IS *** THAT I HAVE TO SPEND MINUTES TO PAY MY BILL ONLINE I ALWAYS TELL THEM THIS IS A PROBLEM AND THEY ACT LIKE I AM AN IT I AM SICK OF THIS ***

I was involved in an accident on 10/31/with an individual who was a client of State Farm Insurance During this time, they agreed to pay ALL damages plus medical bills that occurred from the accident We reached a settlement in Jan but I found out in April they had hid ambulance bills from me which are now in collections I reached out to them and they claim they were included in the settlement but can provide zero proof they were The amounts they told me over the phone were incorrect from what I finally received from the ambulance company in May of The ambulance company sent the bills directly to them instead of me and I had no way of knowing the bills were not paid The denied payment times Since the settlement was agreed upon, my options are limited and they are unwilling to return my calls or emails

My daughter was dropped suddenly, without notification and without an explanation by State Farm Auto Insurance She had been driving without insurance unknowingly for one month She called them when she noticed her premium payment had not been taken out of her account and was told it was a "company cancellation" What? This is the reason? No notification was ever sent Is this even legal? Why is this company still in business! Now she is penalized for being dropped and has to pay $more than before! I guess this company encourages bad reviews I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone

I had a policy with State Farm Fire and Casualty Company and was sfor a payment through my escrow account The following rolling year for time period Feb 27, to Feb 27, I had switched to another company the payment paid to the new company through my escrow What I learned later was there was a payment paid out to State Farm also for an amount of $ So, I ended up with double policies for the same property and same time period I have the proof of New Declaration Certificate from my other company When I had switched I had provided the necessary information to the new company in order to set up payment through the escrow I was told that when this is sthe old policy should be automatically cancelled with State Farm but that did not happenedInstead a payment was paid out to them through my escrow not realizing until much later I was informed that it is illegal to have double policies and I like to know if I'm entitled for a refund of $f

We have used State Farm for over years We filed our first car claim and StFarm denied it having no proof saying it was our word against the other driver After the driver backed into my son's car she sat and waited while he got out of the car She then gave him her D.L which he took a picture of She then denied to StFarm that she hit him StFarm refuses to explain why she would wait for my son and then give him her info if she hadn't hit him They will not give us info on the damage on her car and my son's car to show that it couldn't have come from the accident After many years paying StFarm we are really disappointed that they have done so little to investigate We will be moving to a different insurance company The big shame is that our agent is great It is useless, however, to have a great agent if he is not backed up by the company

Please find this letter as reaching out to the State Farm Headquarters to file a complaint and rectify an UNAUTHORIZED claim opened on my account which has now been filed against my clean driving record for over years
I have been mistreated by my local State Farm Insurance Office and the State Farm Claims Department On February 6, I called into my local office (Janine ***, Agent) to ask a simple question: “Do you offer accident forgiveness, such as I have seen that Allstate Insurance offers these services?” A lady by the name of Julie *** answered the phone and told me that she would have to “transfer my call to someone who could assist me.”

I faxed and called to cancel all my policies Home and Auto to take effect on 07/12/From the beginning the agent was dragging in canceling my policies as he kept trying to retain my business I requested to just cancel all my policies, unfortunately it wasn't done by the agent so I had to go directly with corporateI spoke with with corporate and they were going to backdate all my policies but after the fact they only backdated my autos and not my home After several attempts to correct the mistake and showing them proof from my current agent stating in writing of the initial cancelation, state farm sent me a letter stating that I never initially requested the home to be cancelled and they would not give me credit for days
