I have been with State Farm for over years I had two claim for last year and they cancelled me because someone recorded a current claim to read last year and another claim for years ago At least that is what the letter said that they had mailed to me and my mortgage company When I called to correct this matter I was told that they would not be reinstating my policy and they gave me a different reason then what they had listed in the cancellation letter Frankly they lied! Then I was told because my policy was being cancelled and I had a claim since over a month ago, they may or may not allow it You cancelled me because you have the wrong information, but no, now because of a new claim, but wait, you will not acknowledge because of the cancellation

Notification was sent out on 4/15/of cancellation of our policy in which was acknowledge No paper work was indicated except that new policy paper work must be sent New insurance carrier sent in paper work back on 4/10/which was sent to their corporate office Received letter from their corporate confirming cancellation dated 04/27/which is one day before payment deduction is to take place On 6/2/their state farm agency deducted an amount that was not authorized Once I started barking up the refund tree her agency started requesting certain documents that were not presented at the time of cancellation

I’m currently reaching out to the Revdex.com on the behave on a dispute against State Farm Insurance CompanyDue to a non fault accident that happened October 30,I paid my deductible of to the company to get my car out of the shop for repairs and was told I will receive my back from Farmers Insurance Company from the party that caused the accident insurance companyI been going back and forth about this matter to State Farm and they keep advising that they are seeking recovery from Farmers InsuranceThe accident was not my fault and I shouldn’t have to pay for a deductible that should have came from Farmers insurance company

I contacted *** *** State Farm for a quote for full coverage insurance somehow it was changed to full coverageI was billed for full coverage and was told that it was too late to make any changes to the policy but that they would correct the issueI waited again for them to correct it but the my did notWhen they finally changed the policy back to its original price I had to pay yet another month but was told that the following month I wouldn't have to pay and the month after that I would also receive partial creditIts been yet another month and They are still trying to collect another payment when this month should have been covered as the manager/agent saidThey have me running in circles wasting time and they are not solving the issueThe customer service line will only redirect me to the same agents and will not solve my issue eitherWhen I attempted to resolve this the agents at this office will only deny the fact that they messed up and will tell me to wait

I went directly to the office to inform them and get something done about itThere was no apology, no understanding of my upset, no sympathy for the surprising and distressing situation THEY had created for meThe response was zombie-like and impersonalI waited for them to re-instate the policy once again —with the same information — but will be transferring my insurance to a different company asapVery disappointed!!!

After experiencing a flood on July 29, 2016, that was no fault of ours, my music studio was under water Current with our insurance for over years a unavoidable damage occurred We were advised by the Red Cross and the Village of *** *** that we should file a claim, which didn't cover all of the damage After going through the repairs from the flood, adding insult to injury we received a threatening letter stating State Farm Insurance was going to terminate our policy The Village of *** *** was under water, and it was devastating and very unfortunate

After years with State Farm I had a tiny water leak that wound up damaging the ceiling in my basementAlong with a few pieces of artwork that leaning against the wall while I had been paintingState Farm has chosen to deny the claim based on iPhone photos I sentThey never sent an adjuster or an agent or anyoneThey said all the damage was caused due to neglect on my faultI guess I should have torn the ceiling out or pulled the floor up looking for water leaksSeems a bit absurdI would definitely be buyer beware when you’re insured with State Farm
