I was rear-ended by a driver who has State FarmWhen I spoke with the State Farm agent, he said he would make arrangements for a rental car that was comparable to my SUV When the collision center was finally able to finally get my car in for repairs (a month and a half later) H*** (the only rental agency SF uses) informed me that no agent had ever called on my behalf so there were no cars available I was finally given a Nissan Versa (NOT comparable and not useable for my family of 5) In addition, the collision center called to let me know that State Farm requires them to use RECONDITIONED (aka USED) parts for repairs They told me the part that came in was so defective, they refused to use it as they didn't want their name attached to a subpar product and actually called my dealership for a new replacement part State Farm receives an "F" in my book U*** is the BEST!!!!!
