State Farm InsCustomer backed into my motorcycle at a restaurant Filed a police report - police happened to be on the scene - customer and police stated State Farm Inscustomer was at fault State Farm contacted me - informed me that they would fix my motorcycle and provide me with a rental *** *** informed us that repair parts are a month out and they would repair motorcycle asap when they received parts Got a call from State Farm rep Friday Nov10th asking if bike was repaired told him *** *** said they received repair parts and motorcycle should be repaired by Nov16th - Rep stated rental would be extended until Nov16th Today I get a call at 1:pm from *** Car rental telling me that I have to return car by pm or pay for it I live hours out of Houston and get off work at pm today there is no way I can make it in time to return car I call State Farm the Rep tells me that no they have not talked to *** *** to see when motorcycle

The story begins when I take the car to the dealer and to inspect it hard for about three days, when they give the opinion, the dealer of Central ***, tells SFarm that he has the new engine to put it to the car and the insurance does not authorize the engine , I would only pay the most economical used, which I would have paid easily, if I did not have insurance, a total of 5000, when the new engine would be 12000, I have years paying monthly up to insurance average, about dollars now I can only count on The car is ready to pick up and State Farm, delays the payment of dollars and sends it by mail so that it arrives one week, that is the car will be a week in the toyota parking waiting for the check, with a used engine, without knowing in the state that it is since they do not teach you the pieces that they put, and, after more than a month, thanks to the worst dealer of t*** and the worst insurance company that I stupidly chose, my family does not have a transportation and the best thing that I have to continue paying dollars per month, for a car that I do not know how long it lasted and that its value obviously slows down considerablyChoose an economic insurance, which in any case, State Farm promotes a lot of its product, which means that it is terrible, State Farm will never put a new piece in your cart, according to their policies, even if you enrich the pockets of this millionaire company during yearsThat is to say that by State Farm policy, they will replace only used parts, which as they are certified by the dealer, and the dealer tried two used engines that were cracked and supposedly certified, so an insurance company steals the money, may God protect us from these people

On the morning of April 11th, I was rear ended by another vehicle causing damage to my car and the other vehicle left the scene of the accident I was able to get the license plate though and gave the information to the highway patrol who investigated and verified the truck hit me As they are covered by State Farm, I am seeking to get my repairs covered, but getting little satisfaction I was told earlier this week that they still hadn't examined the truck yet almost months after the incident and a resolution isn't likely until the end of the August! When I originally set up my policy with this office I agreed to have my monthly payments deducted from my bank account approximately per month so that everything is done automatically Recently, I checked my bank account and noticed that an additional months payment had been deducted from my bank account which I did not authorize After contacting this office to inform them of my concern, I was told that there was nothing that they could not do because I was missing a payment so they deducted approximately which I didn't authorize from my bank account, which is ironic considering that the month before (August) a payment was deducted from my account and the month (October) after a payment was deducted from my account, so to my surprise I was told that the missed payment for the month of September was returned because my bank returned the payment, but after checking with my bank there is no record of an attempt to collect a payment was even made, so clearly this is an err
