I switched my auto insurance from State Farm Insurance on July 6, 2018, to Liberty Mutual Liberty Mutual did not send the documentation to State Farm so State Farm took monthly payments of $out of my bank account for July and August When I called the agent, Lisa Doria, office in August, I got their email information and sent the proper documentation to them on August 18th that specified that the cancel date was July 6, They said they would issue me a check for the $within two weeks
Lisa Doria inadvertently sent the cancellation date to her headquarters as August 18th so that they could get another payment from me I received a notice stating that another payment for September was to be taken out of my account I called again about the September bill and my refund on September 6th and was reassured that no payment for September would be taken from my bank account I received a check on September 12th for $ I called Doria again on September 13th

State Farm has owed me a refund of approximately $since March 15, 2017, and I cannot get them to pay meI've contacted my agency, Stewart Lee Agency, Main Street North, Suite 100, Warrior, Alabama 35180, 205-647-0564, and they've done nothingThe regional office of State Farm at State Farm Parkway, Birmingham, AL 35297, 205-916-6000, has done nothingI complained all the way to the corporate office at One State Farm Plaza, Bloomington, IL 61710, 309-766-2311, and still have not received my moneyI've been told a check is in the mail probably times now, but of course, a check never arrives

had an unauthorized charge of usd made to my bank account the party then returned usd, and then ran another usd charge on my bank account
I filed a dispute and they gave me a provisional credit for usdmonths later they reversed the credit claiming the unauthorized charge was refunded which is not true, they could have confirmed this by noticing debits from the same person with only refund

*** ***, a nonprofit community *** in Brooklyn, NY, previously held an insurance policy through State Farm since the founding of our organizationWhen we moved in the fall of 2017, we asked our State Farm agent if they could replace this with a new policy for our new location, which would meet the terms of our new leaseThey corresponded with our lawyer about the terms in our lease and offered a policy (***) through our State Farm broker Chris Foster, and we paid an initial payment of $towards this policy (for which we received a receipt)State Farm then let us know by phone that they had made an error and could not fulfill this policy in accordance with the terms on our leaseWhen they pursued initial payments in September 2017, we informed them by email that we had been informed by State Farm that they could not fulfill the policy and so we would not be making paymentsWe sought a different insurer, and obtained a *** *** *** Insuranc

-Aug 2015, I received a letter from State Farm that they canceled my State Farm policyI had auto policy along with renter policyThen I moved to New York at the same month and got my auto policy at another company
-Feb 2018, I found out that State Farm has been charging me for dollars every month since August I called State Farm Customer service line, and the rep said that was renter policy monthly chargeI said that my policy was canceled on Aug The rep looked at the history and said yes it was canceled two years agoI asked the rep if only my auto was canceled at that timeThe rep said, "No, the renter should be canceled at the same time as the auto" (his own words on a recorded line) So the rep sent a note to the Vanessa Oden State Farm Insurance office and told me that they might have a billing mistake that they forgot to remove me from the renter policy
-I received an email the next week from Amanda in that State Farm office, "I processed the cancellatio

Continued to receive payment on homeowners insurance policy after having been given copy of change in deed

I took my car into a body shop and they raved the deductible and it turns out that they put the wrong tire on my carI have the original estimate that states what was supposed to be put on my car and they totally put a different tire on my carI called state farm insurance and told them what happened and I refuse to go back to the original place where my car was fixThe rep told me to take to another body shop and witch I and it was one of there preferred shopsThey sent the estimate to my insurance company and they want me to pay $ deductible to fix it the right wayI don't think I should have to pay for it

I asked a State Farm person to add a note to my claimI thought this would be fine when I made a call asking for the same request previouslyI had that belief even more strongly since I on a different call, I had asked that of another State Farm person and they said they made the note
But this representative told me that she couldn't make such a noteGiven my prior call, she either lied or she is refusing to do her job in delivering customer service and the representative I had previously talked with lied about having made a note
State Farm can't have it both waysOn either account, the customer service is abysmal

I was rear-ended on June 30, and I immediately contacted State FarmI provided them with all the information about the woman who hit me and then I NEVER heard from anyone againI was absolutely not at fault since she hit me and I want to get my car fixedThe woman who hit me has been allowed to drive around for a year without paying for the damage to my carThat is completely unacceptable!

I received a letter from the State Farm office in Winter Haven, FL informing me that they are canceling my Home Owners Insurance effective 9/1/The reasons given are invalid and unjustified
On Friday August 24, 2018, I sent State Farm Corporate and the Winter Haven, FL office a copy of this letter by fax notifying them I felt their termination was unjustified with my rebuttalsAs of today's date, I have received no reply or acknowledgment
The reason stated in the termination letter said; "failure to comply with requirements in our letter dated September 20, 2017"The letter I received (copy of the letter will follow in this fax) says "suggestions", NOT "requirements"
The letter did not say, failure to do these things may or will result in your insurance being canceledThe letter stated; "We believe there are some positive measures that can be taken which could reduce the potential for future lossesPlease make the following improvements"
I therefore took the lette

This review is specific to john santoro branch in lighthouse pointI wanted to put out a review to describe my experience with this State Farm location as a warning to others who are looking to possibly switch to State Farm for insurance coverageI want to start by saying I have never left a negative review of any business I have dealt withMy experience was horrificI spoke to Alyssa (office manager at the time) to get set up with State Farm originally and she was wonderful ! She quoted me a great rate on auto insurance for the same coverage I currently had with another companyI was thrilled and had her set me up with my policy right away ! She took my payment, set me up for auto bill pay and emailed me a welcome email and a temporary ID card and all seemed greatI kept waiting for my real ID cards and some type of packet or information about my policy to come in the mail, but it never didAs the holidays approached and life got busier I didn’t think about the ID cards againThen I received a letter in late December that my husbands drivers license was at risk of being suspended due to our lack of automobile insuranceI immediately called Alyssa when I returned to work the first week in January to find out what was going onI was informed that my policy had been cancelled because when they attempted to take my auto payment on 10/(was due to be debited from my account mid-September, but no reason given as to the delayed attempt) the transaction was denied and instead of someone calling or emailing me for updated information, they cancelled my policy altogetherShe claims to have mailed a letter but had no record of calls or emails being sentI never received a letter, and still hadn’t received my ID cardsI was obviously lividAlyssa assured me that if I made a payment that day for the regular monthly fee I was quoted, my policy would be reinstated and my next payment would be my regular January monthly installment due the middle of the month and would be auto drafted as originally put in placeI asked if anything else would be due and I was assured that nothing additional was due until my regular monthly installment for JanuaryI then was notified that I owe times that amount by the end of this monthI called Alyssa backshe no longer works thereThe owner, John, informed me that Alyssa has misquoted my premium from day one and that it has been reconfigured and now my monthly payment would be $more per month than originally quotedI agreed to pay John the revised premium but refused to pay the additional funds being invoiced to meJohn explained that those are the fees that were due for November and DecemberI explained to john that I will 100% not be paying for coverage for months I wasn’t even covered with State Farm due to their company cancelling my policy without any notice to meI was baited and switched by Alyssa into a payment that was to clear our balance to come and find out that was not the caseJohn and his brother Joseph, who was now my “account rep” had zero understanding or remorse for the fact that their former employee made a mistake and they now expected the CUSTOMER to just deal with itThey stated “there is a reason she no longer works here”I have worked in customer service for a long time and never have I been instructed to let a customer suffer the consequences of a mistake I had madeIt’s shameful that a company as large as State Farm would not want to do right by their customersIn my final contact to this office, I cancelled my policy with State FarmMy husband requested they pull my initial call with Alyssa and also the one from January where I was assured everything was back in place and their response was for us to contact corporateThey made no attempts to try to see how they can prevent this in the futureWe understand mistakes are made but it’s how a company responds to their mistake and how the reconcile the error that shows their real intentionsThis is strictly a sales driven officeWe simply wanted to move forward with what we agreed upon but unfortunately we were the victims of a bait and switchI recommend if you are dead set on using State Farm please do not use this officeI hope corporate will pull these interactions so they can see both sides of this

Back in sept I received noticed that my auto ins coWould not renew one od my cars b/c there were too many claims I went to my agent and she quoted a new policy of 97/month, which I agreed to On Oct 20, my bank acct was debited $111, when I asked my agent about the discrepancy she said it was d/t one time cgarge to re-write the policyWhich I said ok
I received in the mail my November statement for $plus another $20, to re-write the policy..When I called my agent she said that the "adjusters" added on b/c of the accident my son had..I told my agent that if that was the case, I did not want this policy She said that she would contact the adjusters and that thet would honor her original quote for mosThat I would receive a refund for the overpayment Then, I receive Decembers statement, for $with a policy re-write charge I call my agent again, she said that she was still trying to fix the problem, aand she would let me know if it didn't work..Huh!!?

My boyfriend eddie *** bought a house in decemberThe premium from state farm was included in my morrtageBut in January they called & them that they never received paymentMy mortage company was able to prove that after going back and forth with rude repsentantivesThey ended up making a new policy & I was told that I would be receiving a refund of the difference because the new premium was a lot cheaperEverything was supposed to be resolved But a few days ago we received a letter stating to callSo I did & now I'm being told that payment wasn't received again & that it will be cancelled They are trying to tell me that I owe the premium for the year againThey are saying that there aren't any records or calls from when they talked to meI tried escalating with the number but I was told that I need to contacted the agent's officeThey are unable to help me since they are saying there are no records or notes of the calls

Horrible companyWe were with state farm for years paying $300+ per month for each car, got into an accident and they told us that my last month automatic payment didn't go through so they wouldn't cover the accidentI decided to go with G*** afterwards, best decision everState farm sucks, stay away

Horribly incompetent persons working there, from management to people operating their 800#I purchased a new truck as a surprise for my husbandIt was a replacement for a hyundai accent, nice upgrade :) I went to my StateFarm agent to take the old vehicle off and start a new policy for the truck and was told I couldn'tApparently the owner of the local StateFarm retired and so the business was split into 3, because of my zip code I was sent to the agency located near our downtownI was not happy with that at all, I had been a customer for the past 19yrs and was very happy with my agent and never requested a changeI was told only the manager at the downtown office where my policy was transferred was abel to switch my location backUnfortunately for me he was in Houston accessing damages due to hurricane HarveyI went in on a tuesday and was told by friday this manager would be there and it would be taken care ofI returned to my original location friday and was told I never put in the request to be transferred back! I had the agent call the other office and I find out that the man I was waiting for was still in Houston and nothing could be doneSo I called their 800# and tried to resolve this issueThe woman was polite and assisted me and I ended the conversation with her thinking everything was solvedI received a letter weeks later stating my policy for all the vehicles had been cancelledI called up my local agent and was told by Adolfo T*** that it would take more weeks to reinstate my vehicle policies! He stated that I had called their 800# to do soThis is where I sincerely hope that when the phone chimes that "you may be recorded" it really isI explained to him that only the older car was to be taken off and the new truck be covered and was given the assurance that should something happen (accident) I would be coveredI asked for something in writing and wasn't given anything more than a "solemn promise"This was on a Friday at 4pmI was distraught and shocked to know that I and my husband had been without any insurance for weeks and couldn't take the risk of going more without coverageI called A*** at just after 4pm on that Friday and explained my situationI was given insurance and would be covered starting at 12:01am the next dayI don't understand how one company could cover me within hours and the other one, which I had been a customer of for the past yrs couldn'tEverything was fine for the following month and was only billed for the homeowners insuranceThe next month however StateFarm had magically put my vehicles back on my policy and were trying to charge me for the months I hadn't been with them! I called their 800# again trying to get someone to helpI was told they could do nothing and I would have to speak to Adolfo T* *** AGAINThis man is so incompetent, it has really opened my eyes to how bad this company isI am glad I never had to go threw a claim with them if this is so complex

Was in the process of cancelling my insurance plan and was told at the time of the cancellation and reassured that no future payments were owed, only to be chargedI was then informed by corporate offices that I was going to be receiving a refund for the charged amount and was informed the person who had canceled my account should have seen if there was a transaction in progressI Then received a phone call from the offices of Brad that I actually wouldn't be receiving my refund and had cancelled that transactionI tried to understand why I was told in the first place I was told I wouldn't be charged and asked why I was reassured, and after speaking with multiple people through the offices of Brad who kept informing me that I had been back paying through my entire plan (which makes no sense for insurance), only to finally try and get into contact with Brad himself after asking to speak with him for a weekBrad said himself I had been miss informed and refused to help in any way or

I originally contacted *** *** on Dec 4, asking him why my bill was going to almost double for the next monthOn Dec 5, I hadn't heard from him, so I emailed him again, asking for his help, to which he replied that he would contact me on Dec regarding the issueOn Dec 7, I emailed *** again, asking for an update since he hadn't reached out to me on Dec like he saidFinally, on Dec 8, *** told me the increase was due general increases and because I had relocatedHowever, I relocated in September, so I didn't understand why the increase was occurring after several months, and when I asked *** about why I hadn't been notified about the rate increases, he couldn't give me an answer for daysTherefore, I asked him about any penalties that I would incur should I cancel my policy, to which he replied that there would be no penaltiesI asked him to cancel my policy on Dec 15, but received an out of office reply, so I tried calling the number providedI couldn't get an answer on

For my file (March 22, 1988) and my SSN ending in ***, it shows I have the following which are untrue:
June 9, - Collision claim
June 23, - Collision claim
One in I believe says I am at fault
Those are not mine nor part of my historyThe ones from June, a friend of mine called without my permission about damages that were fixable, and it was a minor scratch that I buffed outThis was in reference to the 6/23/The 6/was the wrong date put in regarding the 6/The other I have no knowledge of whatsoever

I, a city boy living in the South, decided to buy a car in September 2017, and went to my local State Farm agent who had helped me get a non-owners insurance a while back to purchase a car insuranceShe offered me a really good plan and rate for my new car (around $180/mo)Approximately a month later, On OctI received a letter from State Farm indicating a withdrawal of $from my personal bank account days priorWhen I called the customer service line, I was informed that State Farm did a review and increase my MONTHLY insurance payment by FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS because I'm a 27-year-old "inexperienced" driverState Farm took a considerable amount of money (a good chunk of my monthly rent payment) from my personal bank account without my or my local agent's knowledge - no emails, no phone calls, no written notices until after the money had been withdrawnI had authorized State Farm to take the monthly amount I had agreed to from my account but nothing elseThis is predator

A State Farm representative admitted that State Farm had failed in not calling me back, meaning that I was using rental car service days for no reasonI needed those because I need the rental car until I can get an insurance payout in order to buy a new carYet, the representative was not willing to help in being able to arrange other rental days for the carHe claimed that those days cannot be changed, but I am on track to have had the car for days and he said State Farm can't do sevenSo it is clear that State Farm's insurance can cover days for a rental car as long as it wants and he lied to meFaith, a manager in the Washington office, has one job to do and she didn't do itThat is to make sure that wrongs State Farm done are remediedThe timeline for the rental car was effectuated by problems by State Farm and she didn't remedy that
