State Farm insures an individual that turned into my lane of traffic at the last second The police report, witnesses and the insured himself support this According to the insured he was day dreaming and wasn't looking/thinking This was back in August I've continuously contacted State Farm for claim 13-5429-V After going through the call tree and waiting mins I get transferred until hung up on Repeat enough times and I get a representative, but none can help me as they are not specialists They want to pay 90/for failure to take evasive action This is unacceptable and apparently the only people that can handle this are the unicorn specialists Even direct numbers I've been given put me in a call tree Today I received a letter in the mail stating they have not heard from me and will close the claim in days Unbelievable

I purchased airline tickets from British Airways I bought them in the USA, for a flight out of Boston, and paid in US Dollars State Farm Bank Visa charged me a foreign transaction fee They claim the purchase was completed in London.I called British Airways and State Farm Bank on a three-way phone call British Airways confirmed that the purchase was made in the USA and that they charged the credit card out of their New York branch They gave a merchant code that Visa stated was not a code they use Visa stated that they did not have the ability to undo the foreign transaction fee They want me to pay it even though the seller (British Air) and myself both state that the purchase was made and charged from the United States in US Dollars
