They had my son and I assigned to wrong vehicles and when I asked for a breakdown of the difference with us driving the correct vehicle vs what they had assigned and have gotten very little response They have sent me just what I have paid over the last months I believe I have overpaid and have received little response to my satisfaction

Would not return my calls, avoided filing a claim for meOnce the claim was finally filed, would not return my phone calls and refused to give me the listed price for my vehicle Been with them for probably close to years and spend $a month on all our Auto insurance Can't wait to find a new insurance agentI thought they were fine until I actually had to use them Apparently the just want customers who don't ever have to make a claim Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere They are awful

My vehicle was involved in a collision with a deer and after a week State Farm is still trying to figure out if they will handle a claim on the vehicle because of a billing issue in there system they have told me that they received my payment and it posted to the account on time and there system did not count the payment so claims cannot process my claim until underwriting gives them the okEveryday I get a different reason why it is taking so long but nobody can resolve the problem and yet I am stuck with a vehicle that is insured and it is not drivable because they made a mistake

On 6/5/a customer of State Farm hit my dodge ram pu on the freeway broke my mirror So I called and filed a Claim, they approved my claimThey wrote me a check for $for a replace OEM mirror, I drover across the street to buy a new mirror from Tempe Dodge and the mirror was $ I was told by the State Farm rep who did my quote to email State Farm with a receipt and ask for a Supplement Request After days I got no answer and no response from them I called and spoke to a lady today on the phone and she stated "that the quote was for a aftermarket Keystone overstock mirror and since my truck was not new they will not reimburse the difference of the mirror" I find it very sad that there customer hit me, admitted fault to them and the expect me to buy a cheap aftermarket mirror I have purchased cheap mirror for previous vehicles and they are just that cheap and junk I guess this is there way of doing business Just a FYI to anyone having to deal with them

In State Farm Bank after numerous phone calls to make sure that I had the information correct, told me that they would work with me on a loan due to the car being a lemon and Chrysler buying it back Once the process of buying another car was purchased they would not follow through with that what they said in combining two loans This in turn caused the lemon vehicle to go back to be sold at auction instead of the bank receiving the pay off amount minus the negative equity from Chrysler Once SFB did not follow through with what they said they would do, I had to surrender the vehicle and it was auctioned causing them to get less If they had just worked with me like they said they would do, they would have received their money, but instead they did not and now I am being penalized for them not following through with what they said they would do When I call they tell me they don't have the documentation Their phone calls are narrated and recorded, but yet at this time they

My husband hit a chunk of ice 11/which broke oil pan causing turbo to go out and other issues with the car Took months and a lot of phone calls and miss truths on State Farms side to finally get the car fixedDrove it days and the throttle stuck called dealer who did repairs and on the way to take it back to them the throttle stuck again They then installed a new turbo and documented the throttle but couldn't identify why it stuck Gave the car back and less the miles later it stuck wile my year old son was driving with other kids in the car Told with our agent present that if it was documented that the throttle had stuck during the previous claim and repair process that it would tie back to that and not count against my sonits been more weeks and nothing resolved but looks like it will count against our son and go on collision They also said they don't have a estimator, then we have to wait for the estimator to go to the dealer, then find out again they don't have an estimator They are so unprofessional Considering taking them to court

On 9/13/I purchased auto insurance from my local State Farm agency,
(Amina Shade Ins.).I was required to pay a $security deposit along
with my first month premium also $130.18.I kept the coverage for one month(9/13/to 10/13/17).I cancelled the policy effective 9/13/17,because I was offered the same coverage with another insurance company at a lower

BEWARE - not competent! This is not an expert in the field, you better know more than this team or you are likely to go through a huge mess! I ended up filing a claim, with hopes corporate would see the mistake of the incompetent person representing their company...but I have been denied any form of helpThe adjuster agreed that this was a terrible situation and felt State Farm wouldn't want to lose a new customer's business...Who in their right mind would be loyal to a company THAT DID THIS??? I'm in a huge mess for at least $15K...and by the way...I can't afford thisI've never every wrote a review like this, but I assure you...this needs to be known! State Farm is a terrible company to have insurance withThey are completely in for them selves and not for the customerI particularly have problems with the *** *** agent in Temple Terrace, FLMy policy was cancelled in months because the felt I was a risk for a not at fault accident that happened prior to me being insured with themIn the whole time I was with them I never received a single mail on the policy because they have a different address in their system for meI tried times to correct that that with no resolutionI didn't even receive a cancellation notice
